Loved it! My go-to spot for every return trip from now on, and we go yearly!
Pros:

The staff were all amazing and friendly, the cleanliness exceeded our expectations, the restaurant was so delicious and reasonably priced, the pool was great, parking was easy, close to everything we wanted to see...and cookies and lemon water in the lobby! Overall, 10/10!!!

Excellent hotel in a fascinating town...recommended.
Pros:

4 poster bed was unexpected. Large room with everything we expected.
The location is ideal for exploring Salem, a 10 minute stroll to the historical sites.
The restaurant was excellent and well priced.
Great hotel all round.

Pros:

Clean hotel, the beds are comfortable, amd the staff is courteous.

Cons:

Our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. For the cost of the stay all rooms should have one.

Double windows allowing for a cross breeze at night , nothing better than ocean air rather than ac

Cons:

No fridge or microwave , left is not saving any leftovers
AC was extremely loud for a smaller room, had to keep it off

would recommend this place
Pros:

We flew into Boston from Rome so the jet lag was with us. Before we left the USA, we wanted to stay in a place that had character so we picked Salem. This hotel, their staff and the restaurant was a great surprise for us. They gave us a corner room as we requested a quiet one. We should of been placed in the middle as we had street noise. Salem has the house of seven gables a short walk away which was very entertaining. Of course the witch history downtown was a plus too!

Cons:

the street noise that we heard-however the hotel could not control all the motorcycles and loud autos.
