Decent for low cost. But wouldnt book again
Pros:

Property is in station 2 and next to 7eleven and maybe .5 mile to beach. Near a e tricycle loading zone. Quiet area. Staff was kind. Have beach towels for rent.

Cons:

No elevator. Lack of outlets in room. ants in room. No good views. Wifi is poor.

Highly recommended I will book Abozza again
Pros:

The staff are very nice and friendly. The location is 3 mins walk to the beach, shps and restaurant are accessible by walk. There is free bottle water and coffee every day. Free shower gel and shampoo. If by chance to go back I will book Abozza again I won’t bother to book somewhere else.

Cons:

You need to tell in the morning if you want your room cleaning

Strategic location
Pros:

Strategic location . A few minutes walk to beachfront . 7 11 store and station x is useful . Hot water during our stay is erratic , sometimes water gets cold . Except for a few flight of stairs ( 3rd floor) . Place is clean and big . Great value for money .

Good location, not too far from the beach. Wifi worked well. Didn't get road noise but the Aircon was loud and difficult to maintain a good temperature.

The property is outdated.
Needs new face.

Not so clean
Lights are not working
No blanket provided.
We just used the flat sheet to survive on most nights

But staff were so nice.
Very accessible

Great value for money stay in Boracay!!
Pros:

Good location, directly above a 7-ELEVEn and across the street from Station X. 5 minute walk to the beach. Decent sized room and bathroom with good air con, WiFi, fridge and cold drinking water. Staff were super friendly. Great value for money.

Cons:

Can’t fault it.
