Lad være med at overnatte på Happy Tower hvis du har en svag eller dårlig ryg, grundet deres senge.
Pros:

Enkelt morgenmad som var det samme hverdag. Beliggenhed var fint. Værelset og møbler derinde var slidt.

Cons:

Jeg har aldrig oplevet så ringe en seng som den på Happy Tower. Den bestå af en meget tynd, billig madras og lå meget lavt og den var ekstrem hård og ubehagelige at ligge på. Vi fik stort set ingen søvn grundet sengens fuldkommen manglende kvalitet. Personalet kunne/ville ikke gøre noget ved sengen og problemet. Vi bookede en anden hotel efter én nat på Happy Tower fordi vi vil ikke ødelægge vores ferie grundet en dårlig seng. Jeg kan se fra anmeldelser at hotellet har haft rigtige mange klage med hensyn til kvaliteten af deres senge og de har valgt at intet gøre ved det. Hvis du har en svag eller i forvejen dårlig ryg skal du IKKE overnatte på Happy Tower.

Pros:

The room provided everything that we needed and was close to shops, restaurants and transport links. The bar downstairs with discounts was an added bonus at the end of the day.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable and it was very noisy at night with people coming back, slamming doors and talking loudly.

Très beau appartement bien equipe
Bien situé pour visiter la ville
Les personnes du pub pour la remise des clés très sympathiques ils nous ont proposé 1 pourcentage pour tout repas pris chez eux dont nous avons profites et le repas excellent
Par contre nous n avons pu profiter du petit déjeuner qui avait l air copieux car nos activités ont été avancés donc trop tôt dommage

Pros:

Les chambres étaient mal entretenue. Les lit sont petits. Le personnel pas agréable du tout. Seul point positif le petit déjeuner et la proximité des lieux de visites.

Cons:

L'amabilité du personnel. La saleté des chambres ( 4 chambres) aucun effot pour nos petits déjeuners du dernier jour car nous partions très tôt.

Większość- czystość, ładna łazienka, aneks.

Bien placé.

Cons:

Rideaux trop courts et trop étroits ne permettant aucune obscurité le matin.
Draps de dessous trop petit ne couvrant pas le matelas après 2 mouvements.
Au départ du premier pensionnaire le matin le personnel de ménage commence à nettoyer de manière très bruyante (déplacement des meubles, coups dans les murs…) et surtout en permanence en parlant très fort au téléphone en mode haut-parleur !

Punto di forza la posizione: eccellente, in 15 minuti si arriva al centro, al castello. Tram per la stazione davanti l'hotel. Quartiere Kazimierz vicinissimo. Hotel ristrutturato e confortevole. Può migliorare nella colazione soprattutto per la parte dolce. Personale gentile e cordiale. Consigliato.
