Pros:

I would highly recommend this hotel because it is a good location from the old town, clean, quieter. Also have a fridge.
They have a room to leave the suitcase in case the flight is for the afternoon or evening.
All the staff are friendly and respectful.
If I go back to Krakow of course I will go back to this accommodation.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that they left a room card for the bedroom with someone inside but in the reception gave me my bedroom card was only this.

Muy decepcionante.
Cons:

Sucio a la llegada y no limpiaban habitación. Malas camas y sucias. Cortinas pequeñas y entraba luz de la calle. Ruido de la terraza del bar del hotel y del tranvía. La recepción es el bar con una persona que no se le entendía el inglés ni escuchaba.
