Great location
Was undergoing painting
The suite was very spacious with a separate bedroom and a modern bathroom. The hotel is on the main road in Skye, about 20 minutes drive from Portree. The Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant - the food is great and the bar has lots of whiskeys to try. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of parking available. We also appreciate the complimentary water, tea, chocolate and coffee in the room.
There's no elevator, so consider what luggage you're bringing. Our room was not ready at check in time but we got some complimentary drinks which was nice of them!
Absolutely great location with wonderful views. Room was nice and breakfast staff very nice.
Hotel tired but being renovated. I would normally give this place an 8 but it was so overpriced that it rates a 5. The reception staff were uninterested and unhelpful in not accommodating any change to something as simple as a packed lunch. Very disappointed due to the exorbitant price!

The property sits on an absolute stunning area of land. The food we had in their conjoined bar was incredible and we had so much fun learning traditional Scottish dances in their after whiskey festival party. The Staff were so kind, well worth the money
Water from the fountain did not seem drinkable as when filled into our cups it was a bit yellow
The single room was great and very comfortable. Dinner in the connected restaurant/whisky bar was great and the staff were fantastic. Location of the hotel is next to none - I went for a walk up to the falls and back and saw some of the best scenery of my entire UK trip.

Lage des Hotels mitten im nirgendwo. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüsst und hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Berge.

Very nice hotel and the location is fantastic. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very spacious.
The noise might be a problem for some people. The walls (or floors?) are very thin.

We really enjoyed the chocolates on our bed.
Loved the location, right next to the bridge.
The bed was comfortable. There was a fan in the room, which cooled the room a bit.
Water pressure in the shower was not the greatest.
We had dinner reservations and we were about 5 min away when we were informed that the restaurant was closed. We were directed to the bar next door where we had terrible service and the wait was quite long- to order, receive our food, and then to pay.
