A memorable stay!!!
Pros:

A nice experience overall. The hotel had everything we needed for a memorable stay in Piestany. Perfect location on the river, clean indoor pool, welness facilities and relaxing areas to seat with friends. Delicious breakfast with a lot of choises and a lounge bar on the roortop for spending our nights. The room was organized and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. We will be back!!

Cons:

Sometimes the hotel personel was rude and abrupt. We had a problem with the aircondition but it was not really a problem because the temperatures were lovely for summer days.

Izby boli pekné a personál milí.

Cons:

Bohužiaľ, strava hlavne čo sa týka večere. Všetky jedlá boli studené pripadne vlažné. Za tú cenu večere by sme sa mohli najesť niekde inde a určite lepšie. 🫣

Hotel krásný, čistý. Pokoj sice menší, ale paráda, že z balkónem. A úžasný bazén, voda příjemná. Hotel lepší v úžasné poloze, pár minut pěšky na Piešťanskou kolonádu.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and my experience was wonderful and very pleasant. The staff was professional, always very quick to respond, and ready to assist with a smile whenever I had a question or request.

The facilities and rooms were very clean. I especially loved the beautiful rose bushes around the property, and the landscaping was also very nice.

The food was excellent and very tasty, with beautifully and impeccably set tables and very pleasant service.

The location was very convenient—a pleasant walk to the Spa Island, downtown area, or the forest park, which starts right in the hotel’s backyard. The area and hotel felt very safe, even for a solo female traveler.

I was hoping for a safe, peaceful, and pleasant short getaway, and I got exactly that!

Cons:

It would be nice to have more lounge chairs available around the property. As for the rental bikes, I think it would be very convenient if they had baskets attached, either at the front or the back, so guests could easily carry their belongings while riding.

One last suggestion is something that is especially close to my heart. I am a wildlife lover, and seeing the birds in cages honestly saddened me. Instead, I would love to see bird feeders placed around the property, allowing guests to sit, relax, and enjoy watching the birds while they feed. I think this would be a beautiful addition and would create an even more peaceful and enjoyable experience for guests who appreciate nature and wildlife.
