Great deal, stay, and location
Pros:

It was perfectly located near our sister's home. Easy to get to and it had plenty of parking. The room was large, bright and enough storage. Bathroom was also large, with a counter wide enough to share. Shower was strong too! Breakfast was more than satisfying - plenty of choices and plenty of room.

Cons:

We couldn't adjust the thermostat so it was a bit colder than we liked it. We had to turn it off. But at the least the AC worked well!

A good stay
Pros:

Good location, good breakfast

Cons:

Bottom sheets on king size bed kept coming loose and you ended up sleeping directly on the mattress. We heard for a week and asked for one room clean, although towels were changed and trash cans emptied, the bed sheets were not changed and the bed was not made

Totally understaffed …room was never cleaned. Pool had a film on the top of the water. Breakfast was mediocre. Dirty pillowcases. Inefficient refrigerator, actually froze our drinks, which then exploded during the night…

Found apparent bedbugs in my room and developed widespread bites during my stay.
Pros:

The staff did refund my stay after I reported the issue, and I appreciated that the situation was addressed at checkout.

Cons:

My young daughter and I were bitten all over our bodies, and we are still treating the bites and irritation. What was supposed to be a memorable weekend taking my daughter to Sesame Place turned into an absolute hotel horror story. Unfortunately, during our stay, I found what appeared to be bedbugs on the sheets in our room. I took multiple photos and videos documenting the bugs on the bedding, and both my daughter and I developed numerous raised, swollen, itchy bite marks. I also have photographic documentation of our skin reactions.

Finding bedbugs in the room was disturbing enough, but seeing the physical reaction on both of our bodies made the experience even worse. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable remaining at the property and checked out. Although my stay was refunded, this was an extremely upsetting experience and something no family should have to deal with while on vacation.

I strongly recommend that management have the affected room and surrounding rooms professionally inspected and treated before allowing additional guests to stay there. Anyone considering staying here should thoroughly inspect the mattress, sheets, headboard, and surrounding furniture when checking in.
