Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for three nights, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and everything was well organized. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Emrah Kaya, Side Hotel Guest Relations Manager, for his outstanding support and hospitality. He was very helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and kindness made our stay even more pleasant.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

İlk lobiye giriş yaptıgınız andan itibaren (Emrah beyin özellikle güler yüzü ve samimiyetiyle karşılaşıyorsunuz) çıkana kadar personelin ilgisi mükemmeldi. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorusnuz.. Lokasyon , hizmet kalitesi, yemekler, havuzların temizliği, Animasyon ekibi herşey kusursuz ve güzeldi.. Otel Tatil için istediğiniz tüm beklentileri karşılayan bir hizmet veriyor.. SPA bölümünde çalışan personel son derece güleç yüzlü ve işini çok iyi yapıyorlar. Animasyon ekibi harika. Restaurantlarda çıkan binbir çeşit yemekler kusursuz.. Biz Bahçe Teraslı odada kaldık.Odalar çok konforlu , güzel dekore edilmiş ve havuza bakan cephede. Özellkle yüksek tavanlı olması odayı ferah kılmış..Kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim ve tekrar gideceğimiz bir otel KAYA SİDE..

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. La cuisine est excellente, avec des plats variés et de très beaux desserts, aussi appétissants que savoureux. Notre chambre, la 427, était confortable et offrait une magnifique vue sur la mer. La plage est très agréable, et tout le personnel est charmant, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. Une très belle expérience !

Cons:

Le principal point négatif est le bruit provenant de la boîte de nuit située à proximité. La musique était très forte et il nous était parfois impossible de dormir.

Mükemmel bir tatil, harika bir ekip!
Pros:

Kaya Side'de geçirdiğimiz 9 gün gerçekten harikaydı. Otel çok temiz, yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü, saygılı ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Halkla İlişkiler'den Emrah Bey'e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Otele ilk geldiğimde bazı kaygılarım vardı, ancak samimi yaklaşımı sayesinde kendimi ilk andan itibaren güvende hissettim. Hatta kızıma, "Kaybolursan resepsiyona git ve Emrah Bey'i bul." diyecek kadar kendisine güvendim. Tüm ekip bize aile ve arkadaş sıcaklığını hissettirdi. Kendimizi gerçekten değerli hissettik.

Cons:

Açıkçası herhangi bir alanda olumsuz diyebileceğimiz hiçbir şey yaşamadık. Her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Her şey için Kaya Side ekibe çok çok teşekkür ederiz.

A szálloda nem mai, de karbantartott, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész.
Pros:

A reggeli interkontinentális, a többi étkezés teljes mértékben helyi ételeket tartalmaz, édességeket tartalmaz. Több medence is tartozik a hotelhez, és a part közel van a a szobákhoz.

Cons:

A nagyobb szobákhoz káddal felszerelt fürdőszoba tartozik, ami sajnos kicsi.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Essensauswahl war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar gut in Strandnähe aber ich vermisste das türkische "Leben" außerhalb des Hotels mit Bars und Geschäften.
