Mükemmel bir tatil, harika bir ekip!
Pros:

Kaya Side'de geçirdiğimiz 9 gün gerçekten harikaydı. Otel çok temiz, yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü, saygılı ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Halkla İlişkiler'den Emrah Bey'e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Otele ilk geldiğimde bazı kaygılarım vardı, ancak samimi yaklaşımı sayesinde kendimi ilk andan itibaren güvende hissettim. Hatta kızıma, "Kaybolursan resepsiyona git ve Emrah Bey'i bul." diyecek kadar kendisine güvendim. Tüm ekip bize aile ve arkadaş sıcaklığını hissettirdi. Kendimizi gerçekten değerli hissettik.

Cons:

Açıkçası herhangi bir alanda olumsuz diyebileceğimiz hiçbir şey yaşamadık. Her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Her şey için Kaya Side ekibe çok çok teşekkür ederiz.

A szálloda nem mai, de karbantartott, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész.
Pros:

A reggeli interkontinentális, a többi étkezés teljes mértékben helyi ételeket tartalmaz, édességeket tartalmaz. Több medence is tartozik a hotelhez, és a part közel van a a szobákhoz.

Cons:

A nagyobb szobákhoz káddal felszerelt fürdőszoba tartozik, ami sajnos kicsi.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Essensauswahl war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar gut in Strandnähe aber ich vermisste das türkische "Leben" außerhalb des Hotels mit Bars und Geschäften.

Отличный отель, практически на пляже.
Pros:

Все понравилось. В первую очередь - персонал супер, доброжелательное отношение, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать во всех вопросах. Идеальная чистота везде. Очень вкусная и разнообразная еда. Интересная и разнообразная анимация для взрослых и детей. Спасибо за отдых!

It was ok , I had the front view on floor 4 , beautiful
lots of family activity

it was very noisy at night and my mattress was not comfortable , I could feel the spring popping out.
I like bacon , prime rib and good steaks but none of that was available in the food bar.. Food was not that great , processed sausages and always the same menu… I was getting omelettes in the morning but had to tell the lady i did want that poison oil she used to cooked so I brought butter for her , Her pans were worn out , leaking chemicals on high heat . For me juices and processed food are not good , so i paid money for nothing plus I do not drink alcohol . The tours were also not good , I went in the mountain to see the cave but halfway going there they said it was closed … totally not impressed just like the green canyon was a joke

Очень хорошее соотношения цены и качества . Хороший отель , хороший пляж .. очень все вкусненько. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый , нам украсили номер при заезде, принесли фрукты и пахлаву , было очень приятно . Пляж хороший , большой . Заходили к друзьям в соседней отель , который дороже чуть ли не в 2 раза , но там и еда хуже , персонал ходит очень злой , такое ощущение что к ним домой приехали .. друзья очень расстроились
