Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, but betting and room airflow need some attention.
Pros:

Beautiful setting, stunning architecture, amazing staff and very nice breakfast. Evening dinner was exceptional.

Cons:

Bed, bedding and pillows are not comfortable at all. No air conditioning or airflow control in room. Had to leave windows open on a cold damp night to cool the room. Would recommend something like a Dyson air machine for future guests for temperature and airflow.

… trotz der ‚Einschränkung‘ schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr nettes, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal!
Sehr leckeres Essen, tolles Schwimmbad.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir das Zimmer über der Räumlichkeit an der dort stattfindenden Hochzeitsfeier.
Der DJ war sehr ‚Bassverliebt‘ und wir konnten erst ab ca 01:00 Uhr in den Schlaf finden…

Breakfast one of the best ever, parking safe for motorcycle and free👍, very nice pool.

Cons:

All good, but next time I will book a room at the back of the hotel with a balcony.

Top hotel op een toplocatie
Pros:

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen. We hadden een zeer ruime en nette kamer. We hebben enorm genoten van de wellness faciliteiten en het zwembad na een dagje stappen.

Cons:

Onze kamer bevond zich aan de straatkant, net boven het restaurant. We hadden s'avonds soms wat last van lawaai. Ook de gordijnen verduisteren niet zo goed, waardoor je s'ochtends snel licht in de kamer hebt.

Da werde ich definitiv wieder abfragen, dann aber für mehrere Tage
Pros:

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, was uns da für ein schönes Hotel erwartet. Wir waren eigentlich nur auf der Durchreise, wurden aber von dieser schönen Hotelanlage überrascht (mit Schwimmbad, Sauna,….). Liebevoll alpenländisch ausgestattet, von der Einrichtung top. Wir hatten mit unserem Zimmer mit Blick auf die Alpen und den Garten auch wirklich Glück. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und von sehr hoher Qualität.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage und Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut. Gastronomie vorhanden und in der Nähe . Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Wellness Angebote mit Schwimmbad. Zimmer komfortabel und sauber.

All. The whole place is beautiful, the stuff were very helpful and kind, the room was above expectation, and the pool was great.

Cons:

Only drawback is that it is a bit far from the "city" meaning that you can just step out to the crowd, but rather - have to use the car to reach it.
