Very very poor
Pros:

Bed Bugs
Stains on the bed/ the wall/ pillows
Booked 1 week but only stayed 1 night then changed hotels due to uncleanliness - i was refused a refund and the owner would not pick up my calls or reply to my emails for a refund request. my operatives took lots of pictures of the room they stayed in and was refused a refund regardless.

Cons:

Everything was poor within the room. The owner is shocking to deal with if anything goes wrong in the room.

Staff were friendly and the food was well cooked and good value.

Cons:

The bedroom had not been cleaned thoroughly and the bathroom fittings were old and cracked with damp patches on the floor.

Friendly but outdated
Pros:

The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The cooked breakfast was a delight and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel rooms are sadly outdated, in need of some desperate renovation and TLC. Sadly the shower was intermittent and some surfaces and the floor in the bathroom were not cleaned to a good standard. The wifi was poor upstairs and the TV was working but so small.
