AMAZING STAY!!!!
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at Centro Capital Doha! I chose to celebrate my birthday there, and it turned out to be the best decision. The hotel is affordable, comfortable, and offers excellent value for money.

A big thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality and outstanding service they truly made my stay special. I also absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. It was incredible easily a 100/10!

I highly recommend Centro Capital Doha to anyone looking for a great stay at an affordable price. I will definitely be coming back!

After staying at Centro Capital Doha for almost one and a half years, I can genuinely say it became my a place that truly felt like my own, filled with comfort, care, and belonging.
From the very first day, the entire team made me feel welcomed with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. What started as a hotel stay gradually turned into an experience that felt like being part of a family.
The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the housekeeping team consistently does an excellent job. The restaurant offers a good variety of fresh and delicious food, while the overall facilities are thoughtfully maintained to ensure a pleasant stay.
What truly sets Centro Capital Doha apart is its people. Every member of the staff, from the front office and housekeeping to the restaurant and security teams, goes the extra mile with a smile. Their attention to detail, willingness to help, and consistent care make a lasting impression. Even during a long-term stay, they continued to provide the same high level of service every single day.

Amazing experience!!!
Pros:

I have been in Centro Rotana for Three years and they always keep my favorite room for me. Centro capital staff have been pampering me and it’s kind of emotional for me to check out.. the question they ask is when are u coming back? We miss u… I feel like they are family. Special thanks to Evi, Lorah, Kay, Kadija, Malshan, the best sandwich maker Chef Chanu, amazing omelettes by chef Vimukthi. Wyn, Amer, Achraf, Habib, Imran, Afaq, Mutia, Aji, Zaeem. The security team Micheal and the rest.

BREAKFAST had many options. Also Indian. And the staff available - Ms. Kay (as per name tag) was very helpful. She always checked and helped us with the available options. I really enjoyed the Breakfast. As for my dinner, I only had it on my 1st day of the stay. That was good, too.

Cons:

The room's TV remote had a problem, the power button was not working. 1st day tried to check out the channel and found this issue, informed the help desk, but was not useful. Hence, did not turn on the TV at all for the rest of the stay. Also water bottles, on day 1 had requested and was not given after the ones that were kept were over. Later, while going out informed reception and the team kept them in room. Later while cleaning, the team kept or we took extra and kept in the room apart from the allowed 2 bottles.

I commend on Mr Shukri Pragasa for his professionalism ,communicating about the pool rules clearly and politely to guests, especially regarding safe swimming practices, children’s supervision, proper use of the pool facilities, and avoiding dangerous behavior. He handles guests respectfully and responding promptly whenever assistance or guidance was needed.
