Due to the unexpected cancellation of flights to Kuwait, my daughter had to spend a day in Doha before catching her next flight. When arranging accommodation for her, Centro was the first hotel that came to mind because of its reputation for comfort and hospitality.
The experience fully met our expectations. The hotel is clean, comfortable, well-maintained and provides a welcoming environment for travelers. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service provided by the team.
A special thank you to Amr for his kind support and attention throughout my daughter's stay. He and the entire staff went out of their way to ensure that she was comfortable and well looked after. The arrangements made for her airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless and greatly appreciated, especially given the unexpected nature of the travel disruption.
Every staff member she interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. Knowing that she was in such capable hands gave me great peace of mind.
My sincere thanks to Amr and the entire Centro team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. I would highly recommend Centro to anyone visiting Doha and looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests.

تم تعطيل التكيف وصنبور الماءخلال اقامتي ونقلت لغرفه اخري وتعطل ايضا لم يتم ايضاح عند تسجيل الذخول انا لوجبه العشاء والغذاء ست منيو وهاذا مااحرجنا مع الموظف في البوفيه امام المقيمين كلها للاسف تجربه لن تتكرر بهذا الفندق فاق التوقعات
