Improvement Please!
Pros:

I really like the location as it is very convenient and surrounded by many nearby amenities such as Watsons, KFC, McDonald’s and other shops and restaurants. It is easy to get around and very convenient for guests.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the breakfast menu, as the selection could be improved. In addition, I noticed that a few staff members were not professional in the way they communicated with customers. Their manner of speaking came across as inappropriate and lacking respect.

I hope the management will look into both the breakfast offerings and the service standards, particularly in ensuring that staff communicate with customers in a courteous, professional and respectful manner.

Great customer service and free teatime snacks and mee goreng dinner
Pros:

A good business hotel. We stayed overnight on vacation. Very good customer service. Free covered parking. Free tea time snacks and one free mee goreng for dinner was a perfect touch.

Cons:

Facilities need a bit of maintenance.
