Pros:

The location is great and I felt comfortable there

Cons:

The price was too expensive around "1,660" euros for 3 nights (because of interzoo expo)
Also I expected at least to add tissue and water everyday.

I stayed in the old Bavarian American US Army hotel in 1971 as a young army lieutenant and happy to return to hotel now

Cons:

No wash rags to use for scrubbing body while showering. Washing with your hands just doesn't get you clean

A lovely location full of delicious food and cocktails.
Pros:

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the room service options. Philip was amazing at the bar and deliberated top restaurant service.

Cons:

The building layout was a bit confusing to understand at first, but we worked it out reasonably quickly.

For almost 500 euros a night, I expect proper toiletries , not empty mass market dispensers , also when I told reception no offer of compensation

Komfortables 4-stenige Hotel
Pros:

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof, alle mögliche Läden und Restaurante daneben, Sehr ruhig, kein Lärm hörbar. Ausstattung zur 4 Sterne gut passend. Nette Empfang, Formalitäten schnell bearbeitet.

Cons:

Alles war sehr gut.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen , die Zimmer sind ok , ich finde ja Teppich Boden nicht so toll ! Aber das Bad war sauber und die Betten extrem bequem

Cons:

Es waren gefühlt nur Schalke Fans in der Stadt wegen eines Spieles ! Leider anstrengend !

Kan veel beter.
Pros:

Het hotel is zeker mooi ingericht

Cons:

De kamers zijn klein en de airco werkte niet, na herhaaldelijk signaleren werd de situatie toch zo gelaten. Het ontbijt is heel duur voor het aanbod, en ook de drankjes in de bar zijn bijzonder duur in vergelijking met het aanbod rondom het hotel.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (GF Reise) absolut in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral und gut gelegen. Personal (Rezeption) höflich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht klein aber ausreichend. Ein wenig dunkel, da es einem Souterain Zimmer gleicht. Keine Anschlußmöglichkeiten an dem Fernseher (HDMI). Frühstückraum völlig überfüllt.
