Lovely stay very convenient location
Pros:

Very handy location for wedding at the Registry Office. Nice sized room, very comfortable bed. Lovely toiletries. Food in restaurant exceptional. Very pleased to have fresh milk available and nice tea/coffee.

Cons:

Not the cleanest, bathroom was quite outdated. Water pressure isn't high enough to facilitate waterfall shower head and no secondary head.

Fabulous staff, lovely hotel
Pros:

My mum and myself found ourselves unexpectedly visiting Lancaster to visit the hospital, we needed to stay overnight so looked for a hotel near the RLI. We couldn't actually have booked a closer hotel - you could see it for my window.
I booked 2 small double rooms at lunchtime and checked in at 2pm. Immediately on arrival the staff were so lovely, we were offered fresh milk to make a drink in our room.
After the afternoon visit we had a lovely walk along the canal just opposite the hotel then popped to a Sainsbury's local just across the road.
We had a drink in the bar in the evening, the roast dinner and sticky toffee pudding both looked amazing. My wine hit the spot, just what I needed.
I was allocated room 2 which definitely wasn't a small double it was an accessible room with a king size bed, I was so comfortable and happy with the room, it was very quiet and clean with lovely toiletries in the bathroom.
Breakfast was buffet with hot food from the menu. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food.
On check out we booked another visit for later in the month - a leisure visit! Looking forward to returning under a less stressful situation!
Staff delightful and helpful throughout our stay.

Lovely hotel we had a really nice stay.
Pros:

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Lovely outside space with bonus of parking.

Cons:

We had a roadside room which was noisy very early with Sainsbury’s deliveries.
