Friendly, dog lovers, amazing location!
Pros:

Great location, amazing breakfast and the staff were highly accommodating. We took our two Spaniel’s and they could not have treated them better either.

Great night
Pros:

We only stayed 1 night, the rooms are beautiful, bed is so comfy, shower really good. We had dinner and the food, service was really good. I would recommend this hotel, also it's very convenient for shops and pubs

Paw-fect!
Pros:

We’ve been visiting Keswick for many years, but this was our first stay here - and it definitely won’t be our last!

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the centre of town and ideal for exploring Keswick. The staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived.
It’s also one of the most dog-friendly places we’ve stayed. Our two dogs were thoroughly spoiled with welcome packs in the room, grilled chicken for dinner and sausages at breakfast - they were very happy pups! They especially loved sitting on the window seat in our room watching the world go by in the square below.

The room itself was lovely too, with really nice decor and a cosy feel. The air conditioning was also such a fab bonus during the extra hot weather we had while staying. We were a little worried beforehand about being on the first floor above the bar, but there was hardly any noise at all which was a pleasant surprise.

The only small issue was some noise from furniture being moved around late at night while setting up for the next morning, but it only lasted around 15 minutes and wasn’t a major problem. Easily solved by lifting furniture rather than dragging it.

Overall, such a welcoming, friendly place in a fantastic location - we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Amazing Comfortable
Pros:

Regarding the facilities, the room is very clean, also the door of the washing room is well designed totally different from my previous experience hotel. Even I didn’t open the window during the stay, but window is opposite of a bar or something, which is very good view. Besides that, which made me so satisfied as following. I went to Keswick to climb the Catbell hill, but when I got back, I missed the standard breakfast time, they still prepared breakfast for me. The impressive thing also including When I first came to hotel, the service women was very kindly put my luggage to my room, and another lady showed me where the room was. Everything in this hotel, you can feel very comfortable, everyone very kind, warm and smile! Probably this is my most valuable and amazing experience in living hotel in UK!

Excellent hotel
Pros:

We booked this hotel,as we were at a wedding and 5 min drive to the venue.
The hotel was immaculate, the staff so friendly and helpful.
We got upgraded to a family room,WOW huge so spacious.
The beds were so comfortable,10/10
The breakfast was absolutely out of this world delicious,highly recommend this hotel.
Will definitely be back to stay again.

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The most dog friendly accommodation we stayed at on our Cumbria Way holiday. The rooms were comfortable and the food at breakfast was perfect to get us going on our 4th day of walking. Thank you.

Pros:

Room very nice, lovely shower room, nice touch with muddy boot tray! Fresh milk in the room provided rather than capsules, great addition. Breakfast had good choice and well cooked.

Cons:

Evening meal was ok but cost didnt match quality, ok but nothing special.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Very clean and well presented in all areas. Also central location. Breakfast was top quality and lots of choice. Everything freshly cooked to order

Cons:

Bedroom was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. We booked a cost double (all that was available) but it was exceptionally small, much more ‘cosy’ than I expected, having to step around each other to get around the room
