hotel in posizione semicentrale in zona tranquilla ma priva sostanzialmente di negozi. Metro/stazione a 10 minuti di cammino (Farringdon). Disponibile lo staff (tra cui un simpatico ragazzo di Roma!). Camere sufficientemente grandi con bagni di dimensioni generose. Hotel tipicamente di stampo inglese con standard inglesi. Consigliato!

Very small room and basic facilities for the price and star rating
Good room, great location.
Room area was quite good - good experience above all.
If you like your room very dark or with any lights - this maybe trick, there are some night lighting from the streets depending on which floor you are.
Clean, comfortable room and nice bathroom. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was odd. Selection was ok but random. One member of staff who did not speak and watched phone the whole time. Was the only person in there and it was so quiet - no music or anything on.
Corridors need decorating.

My room was on the street with works on the road just below. Very noisy all day long. Not the fault of the hotel but still, not the best nights there
The curtains did not close at the top so the sunlight shone in from early.
The walls were streaked with damp/dust/dirt
The bathroom, toilet roll holder etc were covered with dust - which is not a good sign for a bathroom.
The remote was brown with dirt.
The skirting boards were made from carpet.
Damp/damage to ceilings.

El personal a la llegada muy amable y cordial, además guardaron nuestro equipaje sin problemas! Y el hotel céntrico, podíamos ir caminando a todos lados sin problema... La estación de metro hasta Gatwick a solo 5 minutos caminando...
El desayuno, creí que había pagado con el desayuno incluido... La chica del restaurante todo el tiempo con el teléfono en la mano y ni atención nos presto...
Superó mis expectativas. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. La habitación y el baño eran muy amplios, cómodos y estaban muy bien cuidados. El personal del hotel fue muy amable, atento y servicial durante toda la estancia. Además, la ubicación es muy buena, tanto para desplazarse andando como en transporte público, ya que hay varias paradas muy cerca.
Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomendaría a quienes busquen una opción cómoda, bien ubicada y con un trato excelente.
Por poner una pequeña pega, observamos una marca de humedad o una antigua gotera en una esquina del techo de la habitación. En cualquier caso, no afectó en absoluto a nuestra estancia ni resultó incómodo, pero sería un detalle a revisar para mantener el excelente estado general de las instalaciones.
Shower pressure was very good
Bathroom was clean.
Bed was large and comfortable, despite the noise when i did sleep end up sleeping well.
Aircon was perfectly good.
Cold and clean but not warm and welcoming
Hotel suffered from heavy road noise irrespective of double glazing.
An awful breakfast with shockingly little choice. So do not add on as an option, It really was very poor and it was basically a clean tidy but baron basement canteen. It was overseen by a gentleman on his phone who more resembled security than staff to the point my wife got a coffee and then left as she was on her own.
Shower head twisting on the wall
Shower tray was blocked and filled with water but managed to unblock it.
