O quarto é espaçoso, tem frigobar, ar condicionado, chaleira

Cons:

Não estava bem limpo e os lençois estavam com cabelos de outra pessoa, com certeza não foram trocados. O chão é carpete e faz barulho e tem um cheiro estranho.

Hotel con buena ubicación para ver Londres
Pros:

La ubicación: hay cafeterías y restaurantes al lado, metro, parada del bus al lado. También está cerca caminando hasta lugares turísticos. Hay un supermercado al lado.
En habitación te ponen te y café todos los días

Cons:

Solo dos quejas pequeñas. Esto es un hotel de 4 estrellas.
1. Estuvimos 8 días, de estos 8 días limpiaron solo 5. ES verdad, cuando limpiaron, hicieron muy bien. Entiendo que en hotel de 4 estrellas deben limpiar todos los días.
2. Solo había una silla en la habitación. Desayunamos en la habitación, teniendo solo una silla es muy incómodo. Al menos que pueden poner una banqueta.

Pros:

Very welcoming, superb location, lovely clean room & the air conditioning was top notch. Big comfy bed & very quiet despite being on a main road.

Cons:

The kettle was a bit dodgy & the shower was awesome but leaked at the joins.
Suggestions from us would be to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom & net curtains at the windows as people in the offices across the road could see us! 🫣

Pros:

Staff are amazing. They work hard to make sure all guests are happy and well looked after.

The location is great. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable.

I will certainly stay here again and would highly recommend

Very underwhelming for where is it located in London.

Cons:

View was terrible, decor was very old fashioned and had fabrics for wallpaper which added extra dust when breathing st night. Nightmare for anyone with asthma. Very underwhelming
