The hotel was well located for the beach and a 40 min walk to old town. Staff member Ana was amazing, made all 6 of us welcome and attended to all our needs. As we had to leave the hotel early, Ana even made us a breakfast to take with us in which we hadn't asked for or expected. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and it was clean and comfortable.
My air con unit was a bit broken but not a problem.

kahvaltı zayıftı, ama sorun etmedim. bir de twin bed oda vermişlerdi, tek kişilik iki yatak. değişiklik istemedim ama özellikle belirtilmedikçe 2 tek yatak verilmemesi gerekir.

The room and bathroom were very nice. Spacious room and nice to have a kettle and a fridge - however the fridge didn’t work very well.
The bathroom was very well fitted out and there was always plenty of hot water.
Water cooler in reception was a nice touch.
The room wasn’t swept despite it being sandy and it was only swept because we asked. The duvet was folded, but not every day, and the pillows were not tidied, so not much was done by the staff to keep the room nice.The sheets were not changed at during the week we stayed, despite it being very hot.
We weren’t able to use the sauna but weren’t told why not.
The pool and garden area could have been better. There were only 8 sun loungers which weren’t very comfortable because there were no mattresses. The garden had only one table and 2 chairs so hardly anyone could sit there and the door to the garden was often locked so it couldn’t be used.
The staff weren’t very friendly, when we asked anything we felt as if it was an effort for them to help us.
There was a great choice of food at breakfast, but the fried eggs and omelettes were left, from 8 in the morning, to sit in a cold serving dish that should have been heated - so the eggs were always cold and congealed. The toast wasn’t cooked on a sandwich grill and again was cold so it was always chewy. There was only 2 mint t bags left out the entire week so I had to buy my own. The coffee machine was a domestic machine, not suitable to be used constantly every day, by the end of the week it had broken so we had to make instant Nescafé. Most of this could be easily sorted, but no one on the staff seemed bothered.
