La posizione vicina a convent Garden molto comoda
Ci hanno messo in una camera scantinato, esterna all’hotel , colazione poco di qualità , English breakfast fredda , reception non molto gentile
O hotel é extremamente bem localizado. Banheiro super amplo, cama confortável, quarto amplo.
Foram super solícitos ao ficar com as malas do tempo do check out até precisar ir para o aeroporto.
O café da manhã tem basicamente 2 opções: café típico inglês (com feijão) e torrada + ovo mexido. Achei que faltou ter mais opções de frutas e outras coisinhas mais “gourmet” que amamos em cafés da manhã de hotel. Além disso, as instalações são “confusas” - basicamente o quarto do meu hotel ficava em outro prédio, não no prédio principal. Pra mim, não foi incômodo, pois tive sorte com dias de sol. Mas se estivesse chovendo, pegaria chuva para ir até o café da manhã, por exemplo. Além disso, muitas escadas. Para mim, não foi incômodo. Mas se você for idoso ou for com algum idoso, não recomendo!
Great location, very well run and efficient operation. Everything a short term traveler could need. We were especially thankful for the air conditioning.

Le logement est très bien situé proche du métro et du bus. Possibilité d'aller à de nombreuse visite à pieds.
Petit déjeuné en partie en libre service et possibilité de commander des œufs du bacon ect (compris dans le prix du logement).
Bonne literie.
Le logement est propre, mais quelque travaux de rénovation pourraient être envisagé.
Attention l'eau des robinets n'est pas potable dans les chambres, le personnel remplissait gentiment nos gourdes aux petits déjeuné le matin.
Location central easy to walk
We stayed in the apartment. It’s was spacious and clean. We loved the sitting room. The full English breakfast is a great way to start any day.
We stayed during a heatwave in London. It was helpful to be able to open the windows but even then it was hot inside the apartment.

Comfortable, clean room of reasonable size for a London tourist hotel. we had asked for a quiet room, which ours was, with a small patio area. Very well placed for Covent Garden, theatres, and literally round the corner from the British Museum. Breakfast was good, cooked to an order generated from a QR code by way of a smartphone; this was unexpected but easy to use.
Steep, narrow steps down to reception, particularly difficult when having to take cases to leave on day of departure. There is no secure baggage area and case are left in the dining room.
Location
Walls very thin, could hear very loud lengthy telephone conversation around midnight, not in English so no idea what about! Only stopped when I knocked the door.
The Location was great and the Breakfast was equally as good ....
