Pros:

The location was good to where we needed to be , lovely staff. The room was ready for when we said we would arrive 3.30pm
The room was clean & comfortable , plus it had air conditioning which was lovely due to the warm weather..
Breakfast was good. . Would definitely stop again.

Cons:

If I had to find a fault, the dial to switch the shower on was tight , but I eventually got to turn it on ..

God beliggenhed
Pros:

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt, tæt på shopping og offentlig transport.

Pros:

A reasonable priced hotel, which is looking a little tired. Air con was welcome but noisy and room could do with a refurb. Couldn't fault the staff though and breakfast was excellent. Get what you pay for in Central London

Theatre visit
Pros:

Location to the theatre and shops

Cons:

Layout of the single room. Shouldn't have to walk in through the bathroom. Hampers privacy when other guests came to visit my room.

Janky Aircon unit in my room was hanging on for dear life but definitely worked if you put it on full power continuously all through the night so that was good.

Cons:

Shabby, dated accommodation. Fixtures and fittings like taps were loose and just about working.

Ordered a poached egg for breakfast and received NHS toast and a plasticised egg, inedible. No butter. Some plain yogurt was also on the side. Some jam which possibly contained some fruit, unclear if so. Pot of coffee provided tasted like for some reason they'd made a pot of instant coffee? I probably should have had the tea.

Unfortunately this is the standard of hotels in this area so just know what you're paying for!

Well located, excellent staff - there are some shortcomings though.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The Air-conditioning worked very well (essential considering the temperatures when I travelled) and the overall feel of the hotel was good.

The room was comfortable and pretty spacious for the price and the presence of a full sized under-counter fridge was a definite bonus.

Cons:

As is to be expected the images shown of the rooms do not hold true for all rooms - and the 'basement level' room I was in was in a more aged state than the pictures shown. The bathroom in particular needed a refresh - with peeling paint in the shower, ageing tile and 'DIY' quality units being among the things I noticed.

Also, pushing two single beds together does not make it a double bed. The gap between the two singles was noticeable.

The included breakfast was OK - but describing it as 'very good' may be on the optimistic side.
