Everyone and everything was comfortable and kind making the stay welcoming in a fairly good location in Bangkok.

Cons:

No-one told me about the Novotel tuk-tuk that could have taken us to some of the nearby places of interest.

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. Here is a quick breakdown of our experience:
Location: The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from both the MRT and BTS stations, making it very convenient to get around. Plus, their complimentary Tuk-Tuk service works flawlessly and makes the trip even easier.
Service: The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and efficient. The entire staff is very attentive, welcoming, and friendly.
Rooms: The rooms are very well furnished and comfortable. You can see some minor signs of wear and tear here and there, but nothing that takes away from the overall comfort.
Breakfast: The breakfast buffet is fantastic—very diverse, international, and offers something for every taste.
Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Bangkok!

Great experience
Pros:

We checked in today and had the nicest and most warming welcome from Fhasai.
She made us feel so comfortable and at home straight away.

She also recommended the best spots in Bangkok - which did not disappoint.

I would definitely recommend staying here.

Ripped off of 10000 baht.
Pros:

We were charger 10000 baht for damage deposit, after 15 days at check out I was told the damage deposit is non refunded. That was another 300 US dollars they made off us. There was no damage to the room. When you're leaving to catch a plane there isn't any time to talk with management who were busy. So next stay we will not stay there.
