Mauvais rapport qualité/prix pour la chambre que nous avons occupée.

Emplacement de l'hôtel, taille de la chambre.

Cons:

Lavabo de la SDB: l'eau ne s'écoule pas, ou alors très, très lentement. Il est incompréhensible que le service de ménage ne se soit pas rendu compte de ce problème d'écoulement et, si le problème est connu, la chambre ne devrait pas être louée en l'état.
Rideau devant fenêtre déchiré, spot éclairage douche ne fonctionne pas, climatisation fonctionne mais ne rafraichit pas (?). Rien de grave en soit, mais difficilement compréhensible dans un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Ik ben absoluut niet tevreden over dit hotel. Ze hebben ons bovenop de verblijfskosten €100 borg laten betalen. Nadat we hadden uitgecheckt, hebben ze de borg niet terugbetaald. Echt heel slecht. Ik raad dit hotel absoluut niet aan!

Pros:

Propreté, personnel exceptionnel, confort et me concernant emplacement idéal.
Je tiens à féliciter le personnel qui est de haut vol à tous les postes de l'hôtel.

Cons:

C'était ma 5ème fois dans cet établissement et en étant honnête, je ne trouve pas de défaut marquant. Pourtant j'aimerais mais voilà... :)
