Прийнятно, якщо не збираєтесь сидіти в готелі.
Pros:

Зупинялись в готелі на 2 ночі на шляху до Греції. Враження від готелю неоднозначні. Найкраще в ньому - місцерозташування через дорогу від пляжу. Пляж Сонячного берегу - золотий м'якесенький пісок, повільний захід в море. Прогулюючись вздовж води хвилин за 40 дійшли до Старого Несебра.
В самому готелі номер прийнятного співвідношення ціна-якість, гарна територія, смачне харчування.

Cons:

Організація харчування - багато людей було в перший день нашого перебування, місця не було, навіть утворилась черга у коридорі. Брудні тарілки счищають біля столиків, на це не дуже приємно дивитись.
Взагалі чистота не дуже - якась сосиска лежала на підлозі в коридорі цілий день.
Окремий епізод: щоб взяти морозиво, стоїть черга і кожний відпочиваючий САМ собі набирає з загальної ємності. На прохання дати хоча б ще одну спеціальну ложечку, щоб було скоріше - відповідь "НЯМА".
І саме неприємне - ДО ВІДОМА туристів!!!. Ми припаркувались біля головного входу в готель, та поки реєструвались (15-20 хвилин) нам ЗАБЛОКУВАЛИ авто. Виявилось, що УСЮДИ стоянки платні. Заплатили штраф 30 евро. Потім прочитали, що заплатити за стоянку можна, пославши СМС з БОЛГАРСЬКОГО номера телефону (якого в нас звичайно немає), або треба було заїхати на стоянку готелю, ЗРАЗУ заплативши 15 евро за добу.
Я розумію, що спільнота Несебру заробляє на туристах, але вважаю, що готель має створити умови для реєстації та вигрузки багажу.

Хорошие апартаменты с видом на море. Пляж расположен близко. Хорошие солнечные дни в сентябре. Признателен администрации отеля в том, что они выполнили пожелания и предоставили номер именно с видом на море.

Locatie excelenta, plaja este chiar in fata hotelului, aproape de magazine si de centrul statiunii. Noi am fost in extrasezon si trebuie sa recunosc ca ne-a depasit asteptarile. Camera spatioasa, pat imens, vedere la mare, mancarea poate nu atat de diversificata dar gustoasa si tptusi ai de unde alege, cafea buna (nu instant). Nu este lux dar este dragut, curat, are tot ce trebuie. Pretul foarte accesibil. Nu stiu cum este in plin sezon, dar ne-ar placea sa revenim.

Cons:

Мене обманули під час заїзду, запропонувавши мені значно дешевший номер замість того, за що я насправді заплатила. Коли я попросила переселити мене у інший номер, мені відмовили. Я звернулася до менеджера готелю на наступний день, і тільки тоді він мене переселив, але відмовився заплатити рефанд (повернути ту частину грошей, які я переплатила за перший день).

Pros:

Actually it was a pretty good experience, for a 3 stars hotel. It was a bit dusty, in some places as balcony but cleaning was daily, also they changed towels daily. It was a good sea view, a snack bar, and good various food, not luxury bat pretty various. The hotel looks new but a bit tired, it was end of the season, so maybe this. Very good location, ice cream - simple one but present. I recommend for a budget rest. Absolutely close to beach and shops.

Really really really bad
Pros:

Disgusting hotel food can't eat it it's that bad, room's are disgusting, went all-inclusive good job I took money with me because we all ate out and had drinks out. Tried to stay out all day but unfortunately had to go back to sleep. Complete waste of money never again feel sorry for people staying here next season

Personalul.. ținuta murdară,se plimbau cu oala pentru resturi printre mese,aceasta cu zoale...totul era ca și cum ai pregăti mâncarea pentru porci!!
Nu știu cum acest hotel are aviz de funcționare!?

Lokalizacja i czyste pokoje to też duży plus.

Cons:

Jedzenie w tym hotelu to porażka straszna, brudno na stołówce. Nie mili kelnerzy, a raczej dzieci które sie podczas kolacji ganiali. Baba nalewająca piwo dawała jakieś zlewki. Animatorzy nie zrobili wystepu ponieważ było tylko moje dziecko i nie chciało im sie tańczyć dla jednego dziecka.
