For the amount we pay, this is what should be expected

Cons:

Everytime we order something from room service or front desk, they were like they were doing it by force. We were asking something for the room and they are replying us to come to the frontdesk.
AC was central and set to heat mode, during a very hot days of May, we were burnt in the room.
