Localização e café da manhã é ok
O quarto extremamente pequeno. Banheiro pequeno, enxoval com aspecto de sujo e velho. Toalhas duras. Quarto sem janela para fora, bem claustrofóbico. Quarto com chão com aspecto de sujo.
O Hotel é bem simples, possuem funcionários educados e atenciosos. Excelente localização. Ótimo custo benefício.

O apartamento é excelente e o cuidado, limpeza e bom gosto que Valéria teve em relação a ele é claro. Está localizado a 7 ou 8 minutos a pé (em terreno plano) do Nubank Park (Allianz Park). Para quem vai a algum show ou assistir alguma partida o apartamento é perfeito. Várias opções de restaurantes perto, padaria A lareira na esquina e Ônibus na Avenida Sumaré. Caso volte a São Paulo para alguns eventos ficarei lá novamente.
Localização boa, bem próximo a praia, café da manhã muito bom, custo benefício show, recomendo!
