The room was spacious and clean. Very nice, friendly staff. Good size bed, complimentary breakfast of porridge, pastrys and apples. Free parking. Bus stop handy (but not frequent), can catch a river boat into Stratford which is a 15 min walk to a nearby caravan site on the side of the river. Theres a very nice Chinese restaurant nearby.
The hotel is located a 30 minute walk into Stratford as it's in a town called Tiddington, no problems with the hotel itself though.

Extremely uncomfortable furniture, disgusting carpets that looked as though they’d never once been cleaned, shower too small for anyone but a child to comfortably stand in, shabby door that got stuck, exceedingly unhelpful staff.
Staff were incredibly helpful in ensuring that we knew the arrival procedures. Rooms were lovely and our request to have one room made up as two twins was met with no issues at all. Great location - easily walkable into Stratford town centre. Quiet and incredibly comfortable bed for sleeping.
Nothing not to like - was exactly as expected. We stayed when the weather was incredibly warm and the room was a bit stuffy, but fortunately every room had a fan, which made sleeping very comfortable.
It was so convenient for a party we were going to. 200metre up the road. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were spotless with good quality bedding and towels. Very good parking and relatively close to Stratford.
Guess a problem with this summer- room was very hot. Not really hotel's fault.
