Für ein „3-Sterne-Superior“ in der Preisklasse haben wir mehr erwartet. Zu einen günstigeren Preis wäre es in Ordnung.
Pros:

- Personal und Chef sehr nett und zuvorkommend
- Abwicklung, Check-In, Zahlung völlig unkompliziert
- Frühstück gut bis sehr gut.
- Fenster an der befahrenen Straße recht gut schalldicht.
-Sauberkeit völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

- Parkplätze am Hotel nicht ausreichend - trotz vorheriger Nachfrage!
- Zimmer für die Preisklasse viel zu klein, Schrank für die Größe des Zimmers viel zu groß
- kleine Klimaanlage
- keine aktive Belüftung im Bad
- ein Boden im Schrank war lose
- Preise der Minibar völlig überteuert
- kein kleiner Tresor vorhanden
- Größe der Duschverkleidung nicht passend zur Duschwanne

Pros:

Das Personal war seht freundlich, professionell und zugewandt. Das Frühstück vielfältig und frisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Gute Ausstattung im Zimmer
Pros:

Im Zimmer gab es einen Ventilator, einen Wasserkocher und ein Kühlschrank sowie Rollläden an den Fenstern.

Cons:

Laute Umgebung durch Züge, sowie laute Eventlokale. Parkplatz Gebühren kosten 18 euro pro Tag.

Great location, breakfast is good but noise at night is loud
Pros:

The location was great, parking on-site and staff were friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t like the shower and that there was no elevator at the bottom floor. The outside noise is loud at night even when windows are shut.

Pros:

Great location and easy to find, clean and comfortable and staff were pleasant. Perfect for a short visit.

Cons:

The parking garage was VERY tight. No airco so it got very hot in the heat (to be expected).

Der Sommer hat gerade erst begonnen. Fenster aufmachen war möglich, aber das Zimmer liegt zur Straßenseite, sehr viel Verkehr und ziemlich laut.

Wer großen Wert auf ein fantastisches Frühstück und nettes Personal legt, ist hier richtig.
Pros:

Das Frühstück: Das absolute Highlight unseres Aufenthalts! Es war wirklich sehr, sehr gut. Es gab alle erdenklichen Kaffeesorten, Stuten, jegliche Art von Brot und frisches Obst. Das war das Beste am gesamten Hotel.
Das Personal: Die Mitarbeiter besonders das Team in der Küche waren super nett, aufmerksam und freundlich.
Die Lage: Das Hotel ist wirklich gut gelegen.

Cons:

Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis: Wir haben für eine einzige Nacht über 200 € bezahlt. Das ist für das, was geboten wird, schlichtweg viel zu viel Geld.
Zusatzgebühren: Obwohl der Zimmerpreis schon so hoch war, mussten wir für einen Früheincheck noch einmal 15 € extra bezahlen, um etwas früher auf das Zimmer zu dürfen. Bei dem Gesamtpreis hätte das ruhig Service des Hauses sein können.
Das Zimmer: Für das viele Geld war das Zimmer viel zu klein. Es gab nicht einmal einen Balkon oder sonst irgendeinen Extra Komfort.
Das Badezimmer: Genau wie das Zimmer war auch das Badezimmer viel zu eng und winzig.
