Pros:

it’s very easy to get around from here. Tuk-tuks and other rides are readily available, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area and walk along the beach and reach a few restaurants and other places nearby.

Cons:

unfortunately the condition, construction quality and facilities at both properties do not match the pictures or the standard one would expect from the accommodation.
Unfortunately, the accommodation was disappointing. The rooms are quite run down and the actual standard is much lower than shown in the pictures. Wi-Fi is not available in all rooms, so we paid extra to move to the sister property, JKAB Beach, to a cabana. However, the upgrade did not improve things much—the cabana was also poorly built, with a very small room and shower. When showering, the entire bathroom, including the toilet area, gets wet. Overall, both properties need better maintenance and do not match the standard shown in their photos.

3 dagen was te lang , prima voor 1 nacht.
Pros:

Dicht bij uppuveli beach dat was fijn, ook het restaurant aan de overkant was super leuk en heerlijk eten !

Cons:

De hygiëne was niet best, zowel in de kamer als buiten de kamer, ook het zwembad was de kwaliteit niet goed. Wij zijn 1 dag bij uppuveli beach geweest maar die dag zaten er kwallen in het water , we mochten toen zwemmen bij het zuster hotel beach front , dit zag er veel beter uit dus wij raden aan dat hotel te boeken ipv deze.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection was not good enough and needs improvement. The water pressure in the shower was also too low, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The old shower heads should be replaced with new ones to improve the overall experience

Pros:

Pool area was great especially for family’s, breakfast was good, staff were very friendly, good area close to beaches and food

Cons:

Bathroom smelt bad, rooms were off the busy street and a bit crammed. Also when paying they charge in us then inflate above current conversion rate which was very surprising

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and if we ever come back to Trincomalee, we'll definitely stay here again. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The facilities and the restaurant food were excellent, and everything was very reasonably priced.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Thank you to all the hardworking employees for making my visit so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Fine hotel for the price, but wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

The pool was nice, breakfast was good aswell

Personnel d’accueil désagréable, j’avais réservé pour 5 personnes on nous propose une chambre avec seulement 4 couchages, literie trouée, couverture tachée. J’ai annulé ma réservation impossible pour moi de rester dans cet établissement

The room facility acceptable and swimming pool facility is awesome..

Cons:

Assistance from the reception unnoticeable.. We have given only one water bottle we requested additional one but not provided, imagine is it possible to to survive one family with one water bottle for two days... And the waste bin inside the room wasn't remove on next day... Even though we requested to assist to change but no action taken by the receptionist... Shameful behavior 😏😏😏
