Ww were top floor so 2 flights of stairs . No tea or coffee making facilities in room. But machine in reception area

We loved this place and would return to it on another visit to Ypres.
Pros:

Very very clean little family run hotel. Extremely helpful in an emergency situation, very kind and caring.
Access to town centre very easy. Good breakfast choices too.

Cons:

Visitors should be aware no receptionist after 7.30 pm. Worked for us though.

Superb accomodation in a great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel would definitely stay there again if in that area
Pros:

Great location very close to the main square and Cloth Hall. Really friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and great breakfast choice.
Loved the Poppy decor too

Ypres , beer and tyres.
Pros:

Street parking for motorcycles but felt safe. When I arrived with a flat tyre they helped me so much.
Relaxe6d attitude brought my tension down quickly. Good location to walk Ypres.

Cons:

Getting a flat tyre ! But I got to see more of Ypres and more beer.

This is a gem!
Pros:

This is a family run, boutique style hotel and Vincent, Iwona and Pebbles welcome you as one of the family. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and have just what you need when staying in Ieper. It is close to all central Ieper attractions and while there is no adjacent parking, the instructions for finding parking are excellent. The morning breakfast always served with a smile. Just a note, you will get a good stair workout if you have a room on the top floor.

Pleasant and quiet.
Pros:

Comfortable and roomy. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Parking was a problem and we got a parking ticket, although the owner had explained the parking areas to us, so no reflection on the owner.
