Menus a bit pricey
the hotel was stylish, well decorated, rooms comfortably outfitted, bathrooms well done, beds comfortable. It was 10 min walk to the train station.
Our room was on the first floor facing the Novotel and we could not open the blinds because people walking outside could see inside the room. Ask for a higher floor.
Simply perfect the hotel is stunning very elegant very high class my room was beautiful lovely big windows was such a pleasure the food and drinks again very high standard the staff really make you feel welcome and can’t do enough sometimes other hotel bars etc can be very rowdy but this was so chilled felt a lot more upscale and the staff are 10/10

Reservei um quarto no booking e sem prévia informação (nem no site nem no momento do check in) colocaram me num quarto com casa de banho adaptada para pessoas com deficiência física. Solicitei alteração, que me foi negado porque estariam cheios. Pedi reembolso que me foi negado porque já tinha feito check-in. Depois porque a tarifa era não reembolsável. Lamentável a atitude da rececionista Holly que se esconde atrás de um cartão do seu gerente. Fazendo upgrade, já não houve problema com tarifa ou check in prévio!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Dakota Glasgow. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. What really made our stay special, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, but a special thank you to Ross C in the bar and Lynsey Kennedy, who both went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Thank you both—we can’t wait to come back again soon!
