It’s difficult to fault Dakota, comfortable rooms, friendly staff

Cons:

Staff are very friendly and it’s difficult to find fault.
If they are looking for improvement then bar staff took forever to serve me when bar was almost empty-looked like a member of staff/friend was in the bar and they were chatting. Had to walk to the bar and ask for my drink after 15 mins of sitting in the bar. This has happened several times before when I’ve stayed (I stay regularly)

recommend staying at your well trusted brands like Hilton or Marriott
Pros:

Spacious & clean room good location

Cons:

A particular staff member put off my whole experience and will never use my hard earned to money to a brand that has no empathy towards a situation wife feeling ill so need more time to get ready and I requested a late check out and willing to pay for it the employee refused stating we have reached the limit for late check outs today which as nothing to do with me and my situation
Would highly recommend to Sticking to more trusted brands

The best hotel, staff, food, location, everything. 5 star does not do it justice. Highly recommend. Front desk staff excellent. Restaurant staff spectacular. All around fabulous.

The staff were brilliant - helpful, friendly and professional

Cons:

I thought breakfast sounded expensive so we ate out. The bar prices were also expensive.
