I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The two staff in reception, Michael (sadly I didn’t get the ladies name) were so helpful to me. They could not have done a better job. They will remember me arranging my walking tour. Both so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding.

The only negative- I thought there was quite a bit of dust in the breakfast room. Not helped by the dark furniture I know, but the bottles need a wipe!

Lovely hotel and the staff are so nice and welcoming. The rooms and food are outstanding, wish we could have stayed long
Pros:

Wow so glad we picked this hotel, was so nice and the staff were amazing. The best bed and the food was fantastic, we had dinner one night and breakfast both mornings was so yum. Rooms were spacious, thank you for a great stay highly recommend.

Very good.
Pros:

Every little thing had been considered. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

No drop off point. Parking was £1.80 for 15 mins and coins needed as the app wouldn’t work.

End of our Scotland Trip
Pros:

After an illness impacted our trip to Scotland we ended up spending an extra 2 days at Dakota Glasgow... The stay was wonderful... HIgh end finishes everywhere you look... Premium bedding and towels and the shower was great !!

Pros:

I’ve stayed at the Dakota a couple of times, and each visit has been a really good experience. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the room service has been consistently excellent every time. The meals are lovely, and I’m already looking forward to staying again.

Second stay was the charm
Pros:

We stayed there twice. The first time the bed in our room was horrible. Our second stay it was a 100 degree turn around. Sooo comfy and nice. Don’t settle for a sub par bed. Breakfast the second time was also superior. Staff we friendly and helpful.
