Great place and excellent service.
Pros:

The hotel is located centrally and within walking distance of shops and parks. The room was great and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

Cozy hotel with great customer service at a good location.
Pros:

All of the staff was very nice. We were able to get a refrigerator brought up to our room on request which was great! We had a clean and comfortable room with a great bathroom.

Cons:

The water in the shower would occasionally oscillate to scalding hot every 30 seconds - 1 minute, not sure why this happened.

A lovely stylish and fun place to stay in Glasgow.
Pros:

Beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and well located. Restaurant and bar were lovely too.

Cons:

Room was slightly too dark for me but may suit the vibes and preference of others. Nothing a change of lightbulb wouldn’t fix.

Absolutely lovely place with lots of warmth, amenities & most cleanliest hotel rooms ever.
Pros:

We checked-in late in the evening. As soon as we entered our room, the place gave off a very warm atmosphere and cozy vibe (the location was quiet despite our room facing West Regent Street). The other two things that I would prioritize for a stay and say from my experience that Dakota Hotel Glasgow has the cleanliest rooms and plenty of amenities for the guests. With room amenities, we received two water bottles, two slip-on with dustbags, lots of varieties of tea & coffee pods, hot chocolate, breakfast snacks, hairdryer, ironing board with the iron. The bathroom decor is beautiful with amazing lighting for skincare and makeup prep. Besides, the shower head came with multiple options e.g. handheld and rainfall (strong flow). We were provided with toiletries from Molton Brown for bath, body and hair care. So in my opinion, they exceeded in these three categories, and I couldn't give a perfect score unless they did not go beyond my expectations in these three things. We were both happy and want to return to the Dakota Hotel because of our experience at their hotel. The breakfast and grill area matched the atmosphere, although we didn't dine in, however I could see the staff are very attentive towards prioritizing guest's requests.

Cons:

We wished the coffee corner in our room had a little light or lamp so we didn't have to use our phone's flashlight. Some oral care products would have been appreicated as well. We wish bathrobes were provided although you could request for them so that's not a real complaint but I am nitpicking here. Other than that everything was exceptional.

Pros:

Loved the dark, moody atmosphere. It's so different and unusual for a hotel! The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was great, everything was very clean. Loved this hotel very much.

Pros:

staff were excellent as usual. The rooms are lovely and the food was mainly excellent. We have stayed here many times and always had a great experience.

Cons:

During dinner my wife was given cold mushroom soup. I don't think it had even seen a flame. However the rest of the meal was excellent. The staff handled the cold soup issue very well. Mistakes happen everywhere.
