Great little hotel
Pros:

Location is great, staff very accommodating, they packed breakfast when we had to leave early, and very comfortable room.

Mooi hotel op goede locatie
Pros:

Midden in de voetgangerszone, meer centraal kan het niet zijn. Alles op wandelafstand. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede bedden.

Cons:

Niet alle personeel aan de bar verstond even goed Engels, maar lukte dan toch wel.
Het zwembad is een verkoelingsbad, je kan er niet in zwemmen

A fantastic hotel right in the middle of everything
Pros:

Location , pool SPA, very good substantial breakfast. We stayed in the apartment 403 with terrace.

Cons:

The terrace was a bit exposed to everybody , the sofa was ok for one persons but not for 2.

Excellent location, staff, breakfast, roof garden and hotel
Pros:

The staff were all friendly and efficient. The whole place is spotless and located on one of the most lovely streets in Porto.
We took breakfast each day and even leaving early we were given a breakfast box as we left. Tasty and freshly prepared.
We particularly enjoyed the roof garden after a busy day sightseeing. A peaceful haven.
A nice touch was the bottle of water each day.

Cons:

Personally I would have liked a sunlounger as shown in the photographs, however, the easy chairs were comfortable enough.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in bester Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und sehr freundlichem Person
Pros:

Wir hatten ein 55 m² großes Studio im 5. Stock. Die letzten Treppenstufen mussten wir zwar ohne Aufzug zurücklegen, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Das Studio verfügte über mindestens vier Fenster und bot einen wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und das Hotel besitzt einen wunderschönen Garten. Leider hatten wir in Porto so viel zu besichtigen, dass wir keine Gelegenheit hatten, den Spa-Bereich zu nutzen. Das Frühstück war gut. Es kostete 18 € pro Person. Die Lage ist hervorragend: direkt in der Rua das Flores und nur wenige Gehminuten von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt entfernt.

Cons:

Beim Check-out kam es zu einem kleinen Missverständnis bezüglich der Frühstücksabrechnung. Wir hatten mit einem Preis von 15 € gerechnet, tatsächlich kostete das Frühstück jedoch 18 € pro Person. Zudem wurden uns zunächst drei statt zwei Frühstücke berechnet. Nach einer kurzen Rücksprache konnte die Situation geklärt werden.

Fantastische service en toplocatie
Pros:

Niet normaal goede service van het hotel personeel!! Ik heb vanwege versnipperde boekingen 3 kamers mogen uitproberen in het hotel; alledrie heel anders en alledrie met hun eigen voordelen. Appartment aan de achterkant 3e verdieping was heel comfortabel en fijn bed/slaapkamer en badkamer, woonkamer gedeelte was saai en donker en met verbindingsdeur naar appartement ernaast (dat vind ik niet fijn). Duplex villa (2 verdiepingen appartement) aan de tuin zijn heerlijk rustig en je kan op je eigen terras plus balkonnetje buiten zitten, s'avonds gelukkig heel stil. Superior appartment aan de voorkant is licht en comfortabel en fijn bed, maar dan moet je snachts wel een beetje de ramen dicht houden vanwege pedestrian street met uitgaansverkeer.
Heerlijk ontbijt. Klein maar fijne gym. Heerlijke tuin en bar faciliteiten. Geweldige ligging; alles op loopafstand; fijn dat hotel iets meer achterin de straat ligt waar niet de luide restaurants en straatmuzikanten zijjn.

Cons:

Duplex villas hebben een te hard bed; moet echt wat aan worden verbeterd. Ik lag op een steen en ik kwam iemand in de lift tegen die hetzelfde vertelde.

Belle decouverte
Pros:

L'hôtel se trouve au centre touristique de Porto et facilite les sorties/ visites. La rue est néanmoins trop envahie par les touristes. L'hôtel lui-même est un peu dans son jus, dans notre chambre il y avait seulement la douche avec baignoire - sortie après la douche assez dangereuse (pas recommandé pour les personnes plus âgées ou de mobilité réduite). Le personnel est aimable et serviable, le petit-déjeuner est bon. Nous avons eu une mésaventure avec l'offre des massages car le personnel n'était pas sur place à l'heure du rendez-vous, on a dû annuler. Les lignes des metro et bus sont assez proche, facilement abordables et pas chers.

Cons:

Porto et le quartier autour de Rua da Flores est très touristique. L'authenticité se perd malheureusement.
