Pros:

Jättebra läge, lugnt och skönt för att sova trots att det låg så centralt. Fint litet spa, och underbar takterrass. Vi är mycket nöjda! Bra frukost, och supertrevlig personal. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Cons:

Lite hårda sängar, särskilt bäddsoffan till barnen var ganska obekväm.

Cons:

One of the people from the reception was really unhelpful and rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she solved the problem immediately.
They closed the bar without warning due to “personal problems” of the staff - this was really awkward.
Except for the above stated, the location was great, with great value for the money.

Nice, clean hotel in the heart of Porto’s historic district! Loved the spa amenities!
Pros:

Location was in the heart of Porto historic area on a pedestrian street. Room was clean, nicely decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Access to the spa amenities was a nice recharge while traveling for several days!

Cons:

Had to reserve breakfast time.

A nice hotel , well located, ideal for the tourist

The location of the hotel was excellent and the the room was very clean and spacious. Overall good value for money
The street the hotel is located on has plenty cafes, bars and music going on at the square . The hotel is very near the metro which offers good transport options. There is a roof top garden with tables and chairs - located on the same floor as the bar/cafe

Cons:

Most of the staff were pleaseant and helpful, one or two were grumpy and needed to smile . Also on the fist night the bar/cafe on the 4th floor was closed due to staff shortage - not good. The view from my room (104) window was terrible , looked out on a dirty glass roof . A lot of litter and dirt around and needs a good clean and a paint . Some of the chairs and tables on the roof top garden are a bit tired and need replaced.

Nao é muito confortavel o quarto mas a localizacao é excelente.
Pros:

Localizacao excelente. Jardim interno super agradavel e cafe da manha muito bom.

Cons:

Os colchoes nao estavam confortaveis (com buracos) e o andar de baixo do apartamento tinha uma luz permanente que entrava pela cozinha e que deixava o quarto claro.
