Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, komfortables Zimmer, schöne Dachterrasse, gutes, gesundes Frühstück mit allem, was man braucht, sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal

L'albergo e' in posizione centralissima, gli ambienti sono molto curati, nel rinnovo sono stati conservati i mobili e i pavimenti originali, che danno alle camere un fascino particolare. Colazione ottima con ampia scelta.

Pros:

The location is great! Very good breakfast, and they make a terrific dairy-free latte. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was really nice.

Cons:

The floor in our room was uneven and I tripped a couple of times.

Centrálna poloha hotela v peknej historickej časti mesta.

Cons:

Raňajky boli slabé, čo sa týka výberu a kvality jedla, boli podávané v nie veľmi príjemnej raňajkovej sále. Izba bola tmavá a do hotela je problematický prístup autom. Neodporúčala by som cestovateľom s vlastným autom.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, in pienissimo centro a Vicenza, ideale per visitare la città a piedi e comoda sia arrivando in treno sia in auto. È disponibile un parcheggio a pagamento sotto l'hotel e ci sono altri parcheggi pubblici nelle vicinanze.
Camera confortevole, con aria condizionata e ventola a soffitto, particolarmente apprezzate durante il periodo molto caldo.
Buona la colazione a buffet, con caffè e cappuccino preparati al momento e possibilità di ordinare anche uova strapazzate con bacon, omelette e crêpes espresse. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Molto piacevole anche la terrazza panoramica con bar. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato che gli ospiti accompagnati da cani abbiano una zona separata per la colazione, soluzione che permette una buona convivenza tra le diverse esigenze degli ospiti.

Cons:

La sala colazione è piuttosto piccola e nei momenti di maggiore affluenza può risultare un po' scomoda.

Pur apprezzando l'organizzazione pet friendly dell'hotel, sarebbe utile prevedere e far rispettare regole più chiare negli spazi comuni, ad esempio mantenendo i cani a terra e non su sedie o divanetti, soprattutto nelle zone dove si consumano cibi e bevande. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo infatti visto alcuni cani sulle sedie, con il muso all'altezza del tavolo. A nostro avviso poche semplici regole renderebbero l'ambiente ancora più confortevole per tutti.

Das Hotel hat einen charmanten Stil der vergangenen Tage! Die Zimmer haben sehr viel erlebt - trotzdem ist es schön darin zu nächtigen! Kühlschrank, Klima und Deckenventilator sind vorhanden. Es ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist super freundlich, das Frühstücks Buffet für italienische Verhältnisse top - Eiergerichte werden frisch auf Wunsch zubereitet. Das Hotel selbst liegt in der Altstadt/Zentrum … alles ist zu Fuß super erreichbar. Das Auto kann in seiner Seitengasse hinter dem Hotel geparkt werden!

Es war alles einwandfrei!
