Overall, the hotel was better than expected. The pictures do not do it justice.
Pros:

The facilities and grounds were gorgeous. It had a Victorian/Titanic-like feel. My room was better than expected. It was spacious, comfortable and regal. The staff were pretty accommodating. The hotel was also conveniently located near the main attractions.

Cons:

There may have been slight problems with the bedding. I am not sure the pillow cases were new. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast. It would also be helpful if the hotel offered room service. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. However, one suggestion I have is that more "Adult Only" only hours are provided for the hot tub/pool area. They had an "Adult Only" time frame of 10 p.m. - 12 a.m. I did not think that was completely fair to the adult guests that are staying there. Some people don't enjoy going down to the pool/hot tub area at such late hours. I think there should be more time allocated to the "Adult Only" swim.

I enjoyed the food at the restaurant but felt that there should have been more selections.

One of the most enjoyable nights we experienced!
Pros:

I the facilities were fabulous. The ducks added a live touch to the place the Furnishings were gorgeous. Even the shower curtain was special!

Beautiful atmosphere and the price was amazing
Pros:

The property was so well maintained. We love that the ducks and the Koi are right outside the door and you can feed them.

Cons:

There wasn’t nothing to say that I didn’t like it was very clean. The ladies at the desk and the man was so nice

Cute Place
Pros:

Very unique hotel. My kids loved it. The pond, playground and pool was a hit with my kids. Great location.

I wish breakfast was included, but not that big of a deal.
