Pros:

Very helpful staff, easy to find and close to restaurants. It's on the 5th floor and has a very small lift, but they let us bring bicycles inside and had storage behind reception! Great service.

Pros:

El trato y la ubicación. Por problemas meteorológicos tuvimos que entrar media hora más tarde a la habitación porque no habían podido limpiarla a tiempo, pero como compensación nos invitaron a desayunar.

Pros:

Everything thing is perfect except the language problem. The man who works on the reception only speaks Italian and it's so tough to discuss. Anyways overall it the best place to sleep.

Pratique pour une nuit
Pros:

Hôtel au cinquième étage d'un immeuble magnifique. Tout le confort necessaire dans la chambre avec salle de bain. Idéal pour une nuit dans la ville de Gênes. Proche de la Gare et de tous les transports en commun. Possibilité d'y laisser les bagages pour visiter la journée.

Cons:

Matelas un peu limite point de vue confort.

You get what you pay for. It seemed an ok place to sleep for one night but I was not able to sleep.
Pros:

Budget hotel close to the center.

Cons:

The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor. There was a whiff of cigarette smoke even though technically this was a nonsmoking room. But the worst part was the intense smell of cleaning products and laundry detergent. It was so intense that I was not able to sleep.

Pros:

Excellent location, most sights are at walking distance. A little hotel but good value for money. A simple Italian breakfast is included in the price. The staff are very friendly and previous communication with the owner is excellent.

Not an actual Hotel
Pros:

I chose hotel because I liked the photos as shown on Booking.com

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that this is NOT an actual hotel. It's a few rooms on floor no. 5, luckily there is a lift. The room was a little shabby, door of tiny bathroom was scratched and untidy. Genoa is a large busy city and we couldn't open windows when hot as too much traffic noise and air conditioning was very noisy too.
