Luxe verblijf
Pros:

Luxe uitstraling kamer, luxe ontbijtzaal met prima ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Hotel met alure. Attent dat er spullen voor de hond klaar stonden.

Cons:

We hadden gereserveerd en ons verheugd op een diner in het hotel (om de viering van ons 40 jarig huwelijk ook culinair wat luister bij te zetten). Bij aankomst bij het restaurant bleek de chef 2 dagen op vakantie. De aangeboden roomservice bevatte geen glutenvrije opties en het alternatief waarnaar wij verwezen werden (restaurant Monmatre) voldeed op geen enkeke manier aan de verwachtingen. Parkeren aan de Belgische kust is een uitdaging, zo ook in Blankenberge. We waren vooraf gewaarschuwd voor de krappe parkeergarage van het hotel. Toch overviel ons de mogelijkheid om daar in en uit te komen toch nog. Zo krap dat zelfs onze, toch kleine, auto alleen met veelvuldig "steken" kon worden geparkeerd en weer uit de garage gereden. Dit was echt bizar. Je mag het eigenlijk geen garage noemen en er zeker geen € 30,00 per dag voor vragen.

La literie est parfaite, le spa est sympa. Le petit déjeuner est complet, et les petites attentions de l'hôtel sont vraiment mignonnes 🤫 surprise

Cons:

Le seul point négatif c'est les ascenseurs, à l'heure de pointe il faut être patient... et zen!
Là ça ne dépend pas de l'hôtel mais il y a des gens qui manquent de savoir vivre. Ça m'a un peu gâché mon dernier jour mais c'est pas grave, en terme de rapport qualité-prix, moi je trouve que tout est ok.

Cons:

In het toilet hangt continu een urinegeur. Je hoort iedere keer het toilet doortrekken van de bovenburen. In de lift kunnen maar weinig mensen, lift ziet er heel oud uit!

Hôtel remarquable !!!
Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous. Je vous recommande cet hôtel. Très beau cadre. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix vue sur la mer et un bon mousseux pour terminer. On reviendra.

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre ville mais c'est subjectif. De la marche avec un bon air de la mer n'a jamais fait de tort à personne.

Pros:

We found a box of chocolates waiting for us in the room, which was a lovely welcome and a very thoughtful touch. The room was well equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a minibar.

The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a wellness area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, a gym, and even a billiards table.

The location couldn't be better—it's literally right next to the beach. Breakfast was served in a beautiful restaurant with a wide variety of options, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

We would definitely come back!

Cons:

Our arrival was a little disappointing. When we approached the reception to check in, the staff were busy chatting among themselves instead of greeting or acknowledging us. For a five-star hotel, this wasn't the level of service you expect. That said, once the check-in process began, everything went smoothly.

Breakfast was good overall, with a great selection of food. The only disappointing part was the coffee. I gave it a second try, hoping the first cup had just been an exception, but it was still very weak and tasted more like hot water than coffee.

Très agréable séjour et on reviendra.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner super. Très bonne literie. Air Conditionne parfait, et accueil dans la chambre parfait

Cons:

Attente de l'ascenseur parfois très longue, surtout lorsqu'un des 2 ascenseurs est bloqué ( pour le service?)
