Superbe expérience bien au-delà de nos attentes.
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et le haut degré de service, le petit-déjeuner succulent et varié, le spa au sein de l'hôtel. Nous avons choisi une chambre avec vue mer et n'avons pas regretté notre choix.

Cons:

Absolument rien, tout était bien au-delà de nos attentes. C'est une réelle expérience 5* et c'est plutôt rare dans nos contrées et en plus à un prix abordable.

Onbekwaamde receptie, niet opgeleide personeelslid.

De locatie en de netheid van het hotel.

Cons:

Contact met de receptie in verband met onze reservaties. Ik had drie kamers geboekt voor 2 nachten. Inbegrepen was een driepersoonskamers, maar 1 persoon was ernstig ziek, dus ik belde en mailde met de vraag of de drie persoonskamers gewijzigd kon worden naar een tweepersoonskamer. Dit werd mij geweigerd, nochtans kon ik annuleren, volgens het hotel kon dit niet. Ik heb de klantenservice van booking.com gebeld en die hebben alles in orde gebracht, gelukkig dat via booking.com gereserveerd heb, want anders was ik 184 € kwijt. Bij aankomst betaal ik 200 € voor extra ontbijt. Bij het uitchecken mochten mijn familie leden het hotel niet verlaten omdat er nog een saldo moest betaalt worden, wat niet waar is, een hevige discussie ontstond tot wanneer ik mijn betaalbewijs voorlegde, toen mochten mijn familie het hotel verlaten. Ik stond daar belachelijk andere klanten keken mij minachting aan. Tegenover mijn familie schaamde ik mij echt.
Ik keer niet meer terug met een onbekwaamde receptie.

Prachtig hotel met prachtig zeezicht
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met mooie kamers waar alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt! Heel fijne wellness! Vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam!

Cons:

Enige minpuntje is de lift aan de ‘zeezichtkant’, er werkte slechts 1 van de 2 liften, de lift is heel klein en ook heel traag dus altijd lang wachten. We sliepen op de 9de verdieping dus niet handig met de trap, maar we hebben het wel een paar keer gedaan als er een ‘wachtrij’ stond voor de lift.

De mensen waren heel vriendelijk. Ik zou zeker terugkeren als het geen havenfeesten zijn.

Cons:

Jammer genoeg waren het havenfeesten. Van 20u30 tot 23u keiharde muziek. Blijkbaar was dit gemaild maar we zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen alles was netjes.
