Hotel que proporcional uma acolhida 5 estrelas.
Pros:

Equipe muito educada, prestativa e preocupada realmente com o bem estar do hóspede. Localização excelente c/ boa logística permitindo conhecer vários pontos turísticos e se locomover de trem, metro, carro e a pé.

Location was perfect. Everything around the hotel and located inside centrum.

Cons:

Hotel is old building. Very bad and stinky inside the room.
Bathroom has not air condition and you can feel stinky when you seat in the room. They hang the toilet paper on a pin side by the toilet brush. Very poor bathroom.
Backside the hotel is Disco Tek, so weekends are very noisy.

Cons:

Le monsieur de l’hôtel qui nous a accueilli a été totalement impoli et agressif. Il ne parlait que portugais ce qui est très handicapant dans une ville touristique. Il a tenté de nous empêcher l’accès à la chambre quand nous lui avons dit que nous n’avions pas d’argent liquide pour payer le parking alors qu’il était 23h. Il criait en portugais, nous avons dû le sortir de notre chambre. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel dont les équipements sont vétustes, la rue est bruyante, le service proposé est le stricte minimum. La personne de l’accueil a été vraiment traumatisante pour nous
