Pros:

Gute Lage

Cons:

Das Badezimmer (Dusche) müsste mal vielleicht neue Dichtungen bekommen. So vergilbt ( Dreck ? ) geht garnicht.
Ausserdem waren die Armaturen nicht mehr schön anzusehen.
Die Klimaanlage haben wir garnicht erst angestellt, weil das Gerät an sich schon so veraltet bzw staubig aussah.

Vanha hotelli, mutta toimiva
Pros:

Sijainti hyvä, sänky oli mukava nukkua, ystävällinen henkilökunta, vaikka englannin kielen puuttuminen välillä haastoi.
Kulunut ja vanhahtava hotelli, mutta pidin itselleni sopivana ja mukavana hotellina.

Pros:

wspaniała lokalizacja wszędzie blisko w poblizu dużo barów kawiarni i restauracji. Sniadania skromne ale wystarczajace pokój nie duży ale przytulny w sam raz dla samotnego wędrowca.

Varandim com vista para o exterior.
Ar condicionado, janelas e estores a funcionar.
Investimento arquitetónico e o elevador.
Estacionamento auto privativo e seguro,
Acolhedor.

Cons:

Cama, lençóis / coberta e manta estreita (quarto individual)!
WC com chuveiro "idoso".
Entrada no edifício com um degrau inclinado e escorregadio a requerer sinalização (pintura amarela ou outra côr).
Sala de refeições a necessitar de ser arejada nos dias de calor (chaminé de ventilação).
Páteo interior calmo.

Lokalizacja super, w samym centrum, blisko do ważniejszych punktow

Cons:

Jeżeli nie znasz portugalskiego dogadanie się z obsługą bardzo ciężko. Nie zbyt chętni na jakiekolwiek ustępstwa, np obniżyć cenę za parking dla klientów hotelu mimo że parking był prawie pusty. Koszt parkingu 30euro za dobę, gdzie parkując na ulicy i płacąc w parkomacie wyniosło nas 12 euro za dobę.

L'hotel è in una posizione strategica per visitare la città. A 5 minuti a piedi da Trindade (dove si arriva con la metro dall'aeroporto) è in una via parallela a Aliados, cuore pulsante della parte alta della città. Si arriva a piedi comodamente sia alla iglesia de los clerigos che a sao bento o altre attrazioni. La metro è davvero vicinissima.
La mia camera, una singola, era minimale ma comoda e pulita. Il personale alla reception sempre molto gentile e disponibile sia nell'accoglienza che nel fornire informazioni. Un ottimo punto di appoggio

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, al lado de la plaza del Ayuntamiento (se ve deía desde la ventana de la habitación). Estaba limpio y el personal es muy amable. Me guardaron el equipaje hasta la hora en la que me iba y me dejaron cargar el móvil cuando fui a buscarlo.

Cons:

Había mucho ruido. Una expecie de fiesta universitaria con cientos de estudiantes cantando himnos. Pasaban cotínuamente haciendo ruido por debajo de la ventana.
El baño, pese a que estaba limpio, era antiguo. La habitación y la cama muy pequeñas.
El alojamiento me hubiera parecido correcto y hubiera estado contenta con él si no fuera porque creo que la cantidad que pagué por una noche en él en Booking fue desproprocionada respecto al servicio recibido. No sé si sería porque lo reservé con poco tiempo.
