Great Location at the train station.
Pros:

The hotel is connected to the train ststion, making it extremely conveinant to gst the train in early morning. The hotel met all the expectations. Comfortable bed, hot water, clean room, working A/C. It may look rough on the outside and maybe be a budget hotel. But it is perfect for anyone passing through the city.

Vile, rotten, filthy.hole of a.hotel.

The location was easily accessible, near to the nightmarket for shopping and dinner and close to numerous 7-11s.

Cons:

What an absolute health hazard. I cannot remember staying in such a filthy, unkempt dump-,my son named it the hellhole. I dont think anyone had stayed in our room 206 for a hundred years or so. The magazine inside the room was 14 years old. The wardrobe was disgusting;, the fridge had mould inside of it and thick dust on the top. The bedsheets were stained. The air con was so loud we couldn't hear the trains! The pipe was thick with damp and mould. There was nothing superior or even standard about the room. The WiFi did not work. Balcony? What a joke! It was damp and the ceiling was falling down. It had not been cleaned or swept since it had been built! What an absolute mess and disappointment for the last stop on our Thailand trip. This place should be condemned.

コスパ良いホテルだと思います。
駅が近いですし、マレーシアからのバスの停車場からも歩いて来れます。

スタッフの態度が良くないとのレビューも見ましたが、全くそんなことなかったです。

部屋は思っていた以上に広くて、快適でした。エアコンの効き、水回りも問題なかったです。部屋の鍵が特殊な形をしていて面白いです。

1,2分歩いたところに大きめのセブンイレブンがあります。

朝にGrabで空港まで移動しましたが、すぐに車が捕まりました。

Cons:

野犬が多く、狂犬病などを考えるとちょっと不安を感じるかも知れません。

街灯はありますが夜中は暗く、人通りがないため注意して移動する必要があるでしょう。
