The property is exceptional! From the moment you walk in you are in a child’s wonderland.

Cons:

Our room that we got allocated wasn’t in the best position (balcony wise) so request a good location ahead of time. Staff aren’t exceptionally knowledgeable about information pertaining to the hotel.

A fantastic and unforgettable experience for children !!
Pros:

An amazing theme-park hotel, especially for families. There are endless activities for children and teenagers, with fantastic water slides, shows, shopping and entertainment. The hotel very well designed for kids.

The all staff were exceptional, (especially the restaurants staff were amazing) , I also would like to thank to Mr Oguzhan, Miss Ecrin, Mr Aziz from the Guest Relations, all staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay and the lifeguards were impressive too.

The food had plenty of choice and was good overall but not as good as Rixos.

Cons:

Extremely crowded, too noisy and long queues !!

Ce resort est incroyable ! Pour les enfants et pour les parents !
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné neuf jours avec mes filles au mois de juillet, dans cet état incroyable. Nous sommes habitués à Dubai mais vraiment cet hôtel n’a rien à envier aux émirats, c’est-à-dire le service et le confort proposé est extraordinaire, les animations et les structures de jeux pour les enfants sont féerique. Le spectacle le soir devant le château on fait rêver mes filles, c’est un séjour incroyable. Le personnage du kid club sont formidable et je l’ai remercie encore!
