Mooie kamers, vriendelijk personeel en heel lekker ontbijt. Parking is ook mooi pluspunt en ook ligging tov het centrum is een sterk punt.
The staff were outstanding, in every area of the hotel, made us feel welcome. They were able to give us good advice regarding local transport and general tourist information. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and the option of eggs cooked to order.
We came to Ypres for the war history but didn’t realise how stunning, pristine and interesting the city was.
We stayed in the studio room and had our own designated car park and courtyard.

The location is ideal. The ambience is perfect for those interested in WW1 and history of Ypres.
Lighting in the room took a little while to get used to.False fire alarm at 6.15 am!
The breakfast area has been modified since we last stayed and is not so impressive.

The hotel was easy to find with adequate and secure parking. It is located a gentle 10 minute stroll from the Grote Markt. The hotel is very modern and very clean throughout. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean with a very well equipped bathroom. There was everything you would require available in the room. The iPad system for information and booking breakfast etc. was a really innovative idea. The breakfast was very well stocked with everything you would require. The small museum within the hotel was also very interesting.
All of the team were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the bar was a lovely area to unwind with coffee or drinks

The perfect location for a visit to Ypres and all its sights. Lovely modern hotel with great attention given to its facilities.
Almost nothing! The motion sensor lights by the beds and in the bathroom were a fantastic idea - maybe left on for too long and a bit too bright by the beds.
Very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay all the more enjoyable. Good spacious room and excellent food at both breakfast and dinner. Only a short walk to the centre of Ypres and the bonus of having free parking at the hotel.
