Clean tidy, superb restaurant and bar. Incredible friendly helpful staff
It is a very modern hotel, with a lovely bright reception and restaurant. Very clean well air conditioned room, comfortable bed with coffee machine and kettle for hot drinks. The staff were cheerful and friendly.
I don't have any complaints about any aspects of the hotel.

We have been visiting Ypres and the Ariane for a number of years now, and we have always found it to be a wonderful place to stay. The hotel has always been extremely welcoming and comfortable. The staff are superb, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and with excellent lighting and air conditioning. The restaurant is first class, and breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect, with just a gentle stroll to the centre. Parking is plentiful and very easy, and we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Ypres.
Beautiful hotel central to the beautiful town of Ypres.Ample free parking,room was large comfortable and very clean.Housekeeping is excellent, Super buffet breakfast with everything you need and more.Lovely bar area and terrace.All staff friendly and efficient

Koelkast in kamer maakte veel lawaai. Elke zoveel minuten veel herrie voor 10 sec. Tv slecht gepositioneerd. Leeslampen werkten niet.

Free car parking great but be warned, leave your EV on charge overnight using the chargers in the free car park and expect to be charged 100 Euros by the electricity provider for parking. Yes, that's right 100 Euros!!! I saw no signs or warnings. Such a shame.
Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Stayed in the bubble room. Nice and spacious and air conditioning effective and very quite.
Water pressure is poor in the shower and for room of this quality it really needs a power shower system installed.
Excellent outdoor terrace for evening sinner on warm nights and quality of food and price point is actually better than eating out around the square.
The me in gate is a 15 min casual stroll from the hotel.

Staff very helpful, quality of food at breakfast and dinner is very good. Lovely open air terrace for outdoor breakfast and dinner when hot and boy was it hot this week.
Carpark spacing and security very good.
Stayed in the bubble room, spacious and comfortable and air conditioning is effective and extremely quite.
The only thing I didn’t like was the the fact there is very little water pressure coming from the shower, which for me doesn’t give the justice of the Bubble Room.
