이틀을 묵고 싶었으나 하루는 예약이 이미 완료된 상태라 옆에 있는 호텔을 이용하고 마지막 하루만 이용했는데 대만족이었어요. 일단 직원들이 어찌나 친절한지 대접받는다는 느낌이 들었고 방은 바닥마루며 커튼이며 모든 시설이 고급지고 세련되서 호텔에 있는 시간이 즐거웠어요. 위치도 호텔문앞을 나서면 바로 관광의 하이라이트가 있어 위치도 최상이었어요. 아침식사도 풍족하게 차려져 있어 만족스러웠어요. 숙박비는 게스트하우스 보다 좀 비싸긴 하지만 시설이며 쾌적함을 생각하면 가성비 좋은.곳이라 생각되어요. 객실이 많아 좀 시끄럽지 않을까 걱정했는데 너무나 조용해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었어요. 머무는 동안 내내 친절하게 대해주신 Olim 씨와 Mussafar(정확한 이름인가?) 씨 감사했습니다.

Пишу отзывы крайне редко, в основном когда переполняют эмоции. Огромное спасибо Олиму и Музафару за теплый прием и заботу! С первой минуты и до последней видно было, что парни всей душой болеют за гостеприимство и хорошие впечатления гостей!

Сам отель находится в самом центре Старого города. Честно говоря, когда бронировал, я даже не представлял, что локация просто идеальная.

И хочется отметить эстетику и дизайн. Все сделано со вкусом, качественно и традиционно! А за названием стоит замечательная семейная история Тети Фатимы, которая и начинала этот бизнес с гостевого дома кажется в 1993 году.

The best hotel in Uzbekistan! The interior was lovely but what really made our stay worth while were the amazing men running the hotel. They were so sweet and always prepared to accommodate you in all your needs.

This hotel is authentic, clean, and beautifully decorated. It’s perfectly situated in the old city and close to every monument. Check in and check our are flexible and the personnel is very nice and kind. They always make sure we have everything we need and welcome us each time we pass by. They stand to say Salam
alykum each time we pass by which is incredible.
Since our rooms was on the second floor, they made sure they carry our luggage for us upon arrival and departure. The room is very quiet and the terrace is so beautiful and cozy. Having breakfast or tea there listening to the birds and enjoying the breeze is just magic. Breakfast is very delicious and many options available (cakes, fruits, vegetables, eggs, omelets, crepes and samsa) so goood !!!
Our check out time was very early in the morning and the offered us a lunch boxes (without even asking them to) The personal are just so thoughtful and kind

Все отлично. Прекрасный персонал на ресепшен, отличное местоположение.

The hotel is just beautiful and so well located, just steps away from the heart of Bukhara old town. Fabulous, friendly staff, we were greeted with tea and sweets and were able to check in early as requested. Excellent breakfast (including plenty for vegetarians), and very comfortable beds.

Un séjour extraordinaire! La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite, en pleine centre de la vieille ville, l’équipe de l’hôtel est incroyablement gentille et efficace, tout a vraiment été parfait.

Le personnel est au petits soins. L’hôtel donne directement sur la place la plus fréquentée de Boukhara, ce qui a ses avantages et ses inconvénients. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles, sans plus.
