A great location, fun fire pits and games. Not the best customer service and don’t expect AC or a working fan.
Pros:

The location is amazing, the views, fire pits, gardens, and beach access are great. It’s very quiet at night. The hotel is clean and it’s convenient to have a great breakfast restaurant on site.

Cons:

The staff reassigned our room to another family after we checked in. While this was worked out, it was stressful and should not have happened. Additionally, we stayed during a heat wave and they did not have a working fan. While the weather is outside the hotels control, they should be more prepared and have fans.

Zimmer und Unterkunft sehr sauber und fein - Rezeption leider nicht pünktlich besetzt!
Pros:

Das Hotel bzw. das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Parkplätze sind nahe an den Zimmern (wenn man rechtzeitig anreist). Der Pool hinter dem Gebäude war schön und die ganze Anlage sieht sehr gepflegt aus.

Cons:

Da wir spontan entschieden haben morgens etwas früher loszufahren, haben wir abends noch nachgesehen, ab wann die Rezeption für den CheckOut da ist. Dies sollte ab 7:00 Uhr morgens sein. Leider war bis 7:25 keiner da. Obwohl mehrere Bedienstete (Gärtner,..) am Gelände unterwegs waren, hat sich keiner zuständig gefühlt oder uns unterstützt. Da wir das Zimmer schon vorab bezahlt hatten, haben wir die Schlüsselkarte mit einer kleinen Notiz beim Briefeinwurf der Rezeption eingeworfen, in der Hoffnung, dass das OK geht und eine E-Mail geschrieben! Wir haben dann am Vormittag die Info via Mail bekommen, dass die Rezeption ab 8:25 Uhr besetzt ist!??!

Pros:

Nicely decorated room with comfy bed.
Unfortunately we only stayed for one night so could not fully enjoy what this place can offer, however it is beautifully located with a pathway nearby with beautiful ocean views.

Pros:

The breakfast we each had was tasty and portions were generous

Cons:

The restaraunt staff failed to clear tables from previous breakfast patrons; we had to have our table cleared and wiped clean; having spilled my water onto the floor I used my paper napkin to wipe it up and I was astounded how dirty the floor was…

Enjoyed eating out picnic dinner by the outdoor fireplace and playing some cornhole

Cons:

You could walk to an ocean view but it definitely wasn't visible from the property. The description made it seem like it was. Seemed a bit pricey.

I enjoyed it will be back - will just ask for housekeeping.
Pros:

Location was beautiful grounds were nice - very nice coastal walking path right across the road.

Wonderful if traveling with a dog.

Cons:

We stayed four nights and our room wasn't cleaned once, I don't require every day service but two out of the 4 days to empty trash offer towels give more coffee would have been standard to me. We were out of our room from 7:30 am onwards as my dog needs exercise, no one knocked when we were back in room.
