our second stay here and we would recommend to friends and family
Pros:

Breakfast was good, coffee and tea available all day, water provided by front desk every day upon request, laundry facilities, free parking, close to a major mall, shopping areas and many food options, staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Cons:

room is cleaned every other day and we needed toiletries and supplies - front desk was available to provide but we wanted the room cleaned as well

Pros:

The property has been well maintained and met expectations. The only problem has been improper curtains at windows which would let sunlight come inside the room in the morning. They shall be blocking the light for better comfort. Secondly, the air conditioning in room has been working in mixed mode. Sometimes the room was cold and other times, it was unpleasant.

Cons:

The location is far from airport (30 minutes from JfK) and other main attractions from NYC.

Pros:

I loved the location and breakfast staff member named Miriam was outstanding. She greeted each morning with a smile and pleasant attitude. She made sure the breakfast items were replenished quickly and hot. Miriam made the stay of myself and family very enjoyable. We stay at this location when we visit family in Elmont New York. Thanks for another nice stay.

Cons:

My first night - I didn’t have hot water to shower.

Overall it was a good room I was with my daughter and 3 grand daughters. The extra bed was very bad.
Pros:

The staff were very good, front desk, maids, and the breakfast staff.

Cons:

The pull out sofa was terrible, it was lumpy and a horrible sleep.

Very very nice.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the location was ideal for us as we were visiting family in the area.

Cons:

The reading light over the bed would not turn OFF....so had to position it behind the lamp so we could sleep.

We enjoyed our stay and made our other family members come and get room as well.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Place was clean and neat. The staff Miriam is an excellent staff.she goes above and beyond and make sure everything is well stocked.Always has a great smile.
