Good condition for the price
Pros:

Very clean, profesonal waiter and a la cart diner.
Walkable distace to the beach. I dont dont use the includet transport and the designated beach area.

Cons:

1.During chek in they said that I have only one meal pay and I booked half bord. This was solve the next day after an complaint on bookin.
2. You don't have a wardrobe online some pipes on with you hang you close.

Parede dos quartos são muito finas a ponto de uma conversa normal vazar para o quarto ao lado. Funcionários da recepção mal educados e pouco prestativos. Ao pedir para ligar ao quarto ao lado para baixar o volume do som e conversas, o funcionário apenas ignorou.

Escolhi este hotel pela excelente localização, pelo café da manhã e pela conveniência de contar com diversos comércios nas proximidades.

Viajei com meu esposo e minha filha de 7 anos, então segurança e praticidade eram fatores muito importantes para nós. A experiência atendeu plenamente às nossas expectativas e nos proporcionou uma estadia tranquila e confortável.

Gostaria de fazer um agradecimento especial à equipe pelo acolhimento e atenção no dia da nossa saída. Nosso voo era apenas à noite e, embora não houvesse disponibilidade para late check-out, nossas bagagens foram guardadas com todo o cuidado. Além disso, gentilmente me permitiram utilizar o toalete da academia para me preparar para a viagem de retorno após nosso passeio da tarde.

Esse gesto fez toda a diferença, trazendo mais conforto e comodidade para minha família antes da viagem de retorno. Pequenas atitudes como essa demonstram o compromisso da equipe com o bem-estar dos hóspedes.

Certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo o hotel a quem busca conforto, praticidade e um atendimento atencioso.

Equipe solicita, achei a acomodação um pouco pequena, mas por ela estar em uma área mais isolada, era muito silenciosa. Achei a área da piscina meio abandonada

Pros:

Gym is spetacular for a hotel gym, I could train freely and with just a few adjustments to my daily workout lifting routine. Breakfast is sensational. Very close to the beach, a 400m walk got me to the beach.

Cons:

When I arrived I needed to change rooms once the refrigerator was dripping water, the TV remote and the pressing iron were not working. Despite that they found me another room and everything was resolved.

Desayuno bien, piscina con linda vista, van de acercamiento a la playa bien, kids club bien.

Cons:

Mucho olor a mascotas en los pasillos de las habitaciones, colchón en mal estado, mal aseo en los baños, pedí ayuda en particular con el pago de un uber y no fueron capaz de prestarme algún tipo de ayuda y/o solución en la rescepción.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Den Strand erreicht man in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, alternativ steht ein kostenloser Shuttlebus zur Verfügung, der regelmäßig zum Strand fährt.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Pizzeria Origens. Dort haben wir die beste Pizza unseres Lebens gegessen, die Pizzen waren einfach phänomenal und ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir jedoch an André richten, der durch seine außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit besonders positiv aufgefallen ist.

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns überzeugt. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß, abwechslungsreich und die angebotenen Speisen sind von hoher Qualität und geschmacklich hervorragend.

Cons:

Als großes Problem empfanden wir die fehlenden Englischkenntnisse vieler Hotelmitarbeiter. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprachen zwar gut Englisch, im Restaurant, beim Housekeeping und selbst beim Busfahrer waren Englischkenntnisse jedoch kaum vorhanden. So erhielt ich beispielsweise im Restaurant einmal das falsche Essen, weil der Kellner meine Bestellung nicht verstanden hatte. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts mussten wir daher häufig auf den Google Übersetzer zurückgreifen, was auf Dauer mühsam war. Von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir hier deutlich mehr erwartet.

Ebenfalls enttäuschend war der Zimmerservice. Trotz deutlich sichtbarem Schild mit dem Wunsch nach Zimmerreinigung wurde das Zimmer oft erst sehr spät am Nachmittag, teilweise erst gegen 17 Uhr, gereinigt – oder gar nicht. Dadurch war es kaum möglich, den Tag entspannt zu planen, da man nie wusste, wann das Reinigungspersonal tatsächlich kommen würde. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt leider negativ beeinflusst.

Melhor custo beneficio da Barra da Tijuca. Talvez até do Rio de Janeiro.
Pros:

Café da manhã maravilhoso. Conforto muito bom.
Academia nova e com tudo que precisa. Incluindo toalhas às disposição (à temperatura ambiente e toalhas geladas).
Fruta disponível na academia. Banho disponível na academia. Piscina com boa exposição solar.
Atendimento geral do time do hotel é muito bom! Um bom humor que contagia e rigor de todos os profissionais.

Cons:

Nada a apontar.
A única coisa que não me correu bem, foi que esqueci uns queijos na mini geladeira e quando lembrei já não deu tempo de recuperar. Já tinham limpo o quarto e o protocolo é que descartem todos os alimentos deixados para trás.
