Pros:

El hotel se encuentra muy cercano a la playa de Barra de Tijuca, una de las playas tranquilas de Rio de Janeiro, e igualmente a varios malls de esta zona de la ciudad.

Descanso total en Barra da Tijuca
Pros:

La media pensión, muy cómodo tener incluido desayuno y cena, y no necesitar salir a la noche (el barrio no es muy caminable). Comidas d muy buena calidad, así también la atención del personal.

Cons:

La ubicación alejada d la playa (ya lo sabíamos), las Vans d traslado no las pudimos usar ya q no estaban disponibles en nuestras fechas.

Péssimo atendimento por parte da equipe da recepção. Os funcionários foram grosseiros e irônicos ao lidar com a insatisfação do cliente, demonstrando falta de preparo e profissionalismo. Chegaram a se juntar para falar mal do cliente em alto e bom som. Em especial, uma funcionária de meia idade com sotaque estrangeiro se destacou pelo comportamento grosseiro não apenas conosco, mas também com outros clientes. Radisson Barra, nunca mais.
