The location is not as convenient as you might think
Pros:

Very good breakfast, decent dinner options, very helpful staff. Comfy beds, spacious and quiet rooms. Super easy to get Ubers to move around.

Cons:

The hotel is in a weird location. While the convention center is within walking distance, it's not at all nice, and there is even a literal garbage dump in between. My room had a sticky floor.

Pros:

Café da manhã excelente, quarto silencioso, equipe excepcional (pessoal muito prestativo). Localização privilegiada para eventos no Parque Olímpico. Restaurante do hotel também serve almoço e jantar. Tudo muito bom. Utilizamos a academia do hotel e é muito boa com variedade de equipamentos e de excelente qualidade. Também utilizamos a área da piscina. Toda nossa estadia foi muito boa e do check-in ao check-out deu absolutamente tudo certo!

Cons:

Não há nada de que não tenhamos gostado. Fomos prontamente atendidos em todas as ocasiões e a estadia correu muito bem. Perfeição absoluta não existe, mas seria injusto focar em pequenos detalhes diante de um contexto tão positivo.

Educação dos funcionários e o café da manhã

O corredor do hotel é de carpete , e deve ter molhado.Ficou um cheiro péssimo e me deixou com alergia/rinite do cheiro
Outro problema é que peguei um quarto com sofá cama e pedi que arrumassem devidamente.
Acabou que minha filha dormiu no meio de nós dois e o valor que paguei por um quarto triplo não compensou pois só usamos uma cama.

Nao sei, pois nao consegui acessar minha acomodação. cheguei ao hotel e nao tinha mais a minha reserva, segundo a gerente de atendimento se trata de uma lei universal. SENDO QUE tentei fazee contato dias antes e avisei sobre minha chegada com um dia de atraso. Mas o serviço é tao incompetente que nao virao a mensagem.
