Das Hotel liegt zentral in Kandy und war dadurch für Ausflüge und Spaziergänge gut gelegen. Positiv war außerdem, dass uns nach unserer Reklamation ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wurde und sich das Personal bemüht hat, eine Lösung zu finden. Das letztlich bezogene Zimmer hatte zwei große Doppelbetten, was für uns als Familie angenehm war. Der Pool war erfrischend. Da das Hotel abseits der großen Straße liegt, war es vergleichsweise ruhig.

Cons:

Der Weg zum Hotel war vor allem abends im Dunkeln unangenehm: eng, schmutzig und kaum beleuchtet. Wenn ich allein oder nur mit einer Freundin unterwegs gewesen wäre, hätte ich mich dort nicht wohlgefühlt. Leider entsprach auch das ursprünglich zugeteilte Deluxe-Dreibettzimmer mit angekündigtem Garten- oder Bergblick nicht unseren Erwartungen. Ein alternatives Zimmer roch stark nach Feuchtigkeit bzw. Schimmel, weshalb wir es abgelehnt haben. Das schließlich genommene Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, das Bad hatte kaum Lüftungsmöglichkeiten, die Handtücher waren grau und fransig und es gab nur eine angefangene Rolle Toilettenpapier. Auch das Frühstück entsprach leider nicht den Bildern: Statt Frühstück auf einer schönen Terrasse saß man eher dunkel im Eingangs-/Foyerbereich. Die Auswahl war begrenzt, vieles war kalt oder angetrocknet, Obst war mit Papierservietten abgedeckt, Ameisen liefen in der Marmelade, der Saftkrug wirkte unsauber und das Kaffeewasser (für Instant-Kaffee mit Instant-Milch war nur lauwarm. Auch der Poolbereich wirkte im Vergleich zu den geschönten Fotos enttäuschend.

Sauberer Pool, Nähe zu kandy See. Hilfsbereiter, freundlicher älterer Herr an Rezeption. Als ich zur Abendzeig den pool nutzen wollte, schaltete der nette Rezeptionist das Licht an. Kostenloses Upgrade da das erste Zimmer muffig roch.

Abgeklebte Fenster, dreckige Kommando für AC, im Bad fehlt ablagemöglichkeit für private Uttensilien.

Un très bon séjour
Pros:

L’hôtel est au calme, en retrait de la voirie sans pour autant être loin à pied du temple de la dent. La piscine est un grand plus qui permet de se reposer après une journée de vadrouille. Le personnel est à l’écoute et prêt à vous aider

Very relaxed and calm. As expected.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was very good, not too close to the main road and not too far from the main road.
Facilities' were good including the pool was kept very clean and overall surrounding was clean.
Staff very helpful and attended to all our requirement

Very bad experience ever had , facilities are very poor dirty curtains , even floor did not clean for many days it seems . Better booing.com do some physical verification on this location before continue this in your application . I will never ever recommended this place for any one. Breakfast arrangements were very economical level no any selections. It can be purchased outside around Rs. 500 easily . Even not enough water provided . No staff to bring lagages to the room. Pool is very small and totally mislead in the photos.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to support us with anything we needed. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained, making our stay truly relaxing. The location was also easy to find, which made our travel hassle-free. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Lage ist Zentrumsnah, aber durch die Kleine Gasse sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das ganze ist in die Jahre gekommen und sieht leider nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Bildern.
Der Pool, der für die Buchung ausschlaggebend war, war leider nicht sehr ansprechend und hatte keine Schirme für Schatten.
Die Zimmer waren leider auch nicht wirklich sauber.
Auch das Frühstück wurde auf ein minimum reduziert, da wenig Gäste dort waren.

Perfect for one night stay !
Pros:

We booked this place for just one night, but it truly exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Our room came with a private balcony, hot water, air conditioning, and even a television, which made our stay very pleasant.
A special mention to the manager, Dennis, who gave us a warm welcome and ensured everything was perfectly taken care of throughout our stay. A big shout-out to the entire staff as well for their excellent service.We would definitely love to stay here again!

Cons:

The only small area for improvement would be the breakfast options, which could be a bit better considering the price. Other than that, everything was perfect.
