Everything was great
Great communication from the hotel in advance. Easy check in, explained everything. Room was large and comfortable, had everything I could need. Would stay here again.
Прекрасное месторасположение и персонал.
Номер очень маленький. Очень плохая шумоизоляция,из соседних номеров всё так слышно,что заснуть сложно. В душевой кабине так просто не развернёшься. Вода в душе то кипяток,то холодная. Потолок в ванной комнате очень низкий,как в советские времена,хотя отель новый вроде. Малюсенький кусочек мыла,мылом и не назовёшь,не пенится и почти без запаха. Феном пользоваться невозможно,он закреплён почему-то не в ванной,а в шкафу,расположенном далеко от ванной комнаты. Очень скользкая плитка в ванной,расслабляться нельзя. Завтрак!?: В июне,когда полно в Армении черешни,абрикосов и не только,на завтраке из ягод и фруктов,только клубника, арбуз и при том неармянский. Сухофрукты вроде есть,персиков нет,а финики есть. Никакой армянской выпечки,Гата должна быть обязательно,это же центр столицы Армении. Никаких десертов на завтраке нет.
Мне все понравилось, но больше всего люди, которые здесь работают, они заслуживают отдельного высокого бала, девушки работницы с завтрака просто невероятно милые. Сам номер уютный, ничего лишнего, приятно находиться. Местоположение отеля отличное, рядом все, стоит на широкой улице, добраться до проспекта 7 минут. Я очень довольна пребыванием здесь, теперь я знаю где оставаться в Ереване

Modernes und chices Hotel in einem heruntergekommenen Hinterhof gelegen, der schlecht zu finden ist.
Freundliches Personal, das durchwegs Englisch spricht Sauber, funktional und nah am Zentrum.
Anfahrt zum Hinterhof eine Katastrophe.
The people at the reception was very responsive and helpful.
Location is good also.
The toilet was dirty when we arrived, and I had to clean it myself. The air conditioning was not working properly and smelled bad. The bathroom was not clean, there was mould in the shower corners, and the water pressure was very poor.
The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Although we paid for it, we did not eat anything. By 10:00 a.m., most of the trays were almost empty. The bread was hard, there was no milk, no ice cubes, and there were very few options overall, especially for vegetarians, vegans, or guests with dietary restrictions.
When I asked for an iced coffee, I was told they could use ice from the butter tray because they had no ice cubes available. This was the same tray that all guests had been touching, which raised serious concerns about hygiene.
Overall, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast service. Hotel is located in a neighboorhood surrounded from really old buildings. Its a bit creepy area.
Location was perfect, the rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful.
The room was a bit too small. Could be okay for a solo traveller but it may be a bit small for 2.
Все быдо здорово, но немного...подчеркну немного дороговато было, но ничего, даты такие может , не знаю, еду попробовать не получилось, я проспал, номер супер,кровать супер,местоположение забавное но тоже ничего, все есть-это главное, работники ресепшена очень отзывчивые и добрые, особенно хотел бы ,отдельно поблагодарить Инесу, прекрасную,очаровательную девушку которая была очень добра ко мне и оказала большую услугу, посоветовать можно... чуть дешевле и очень здоровское место для остановки на несколько дней👍
