Struttura moderna e confortevole. Stanze ampie. Bagno grande e rifornito. Personale gentilissimo. Buona prima colazione

Pros:

Очень приятный небольшой отель. Находится внутри квартала, можно подъехать с любой стороны, но до входа придется немного пройти пешком. Завтраки хорошие, вкусные, нам всего было достаточно.

В отеле сильная слышимость, а номера эконом очень маленькие и расположены кучно в одном конце коридора. Если не любите шум и тесноту, рекомендую брать номер Deluxe - у этого номера площадь побольше и минимум соседей, он в другом конце коридора рядом с лифтом и лестницей. Также в Deluxe неплохой раскладной диван.

По фото и отзывам нас смущало, что душ в номере только тропический и нет съёмной лейки. Написала в отель с вопросом об этом, и нам пообещали легко заменить лейку на съемную - так и сделали, оказалось достаточно сделать запрос об этом.

Персонал максимально отзывчивый, отель тихий и комфортный, было приятно останавливаться у вас!

Pros:

The staff was absolutely exceptional, dedicated, attentive, and caring, simply top-notch!

The location is fantastic, very central, and incredibly easy to reach every main site in town.

I also loved the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of high-quality local dishes.

Cons:

Unfortunately, as someone who needs total darkness to sleep, the slatted blinds were a bit of a problem.

Additionally, the Wi-Fi was often weak, slow, and unreliable.

Céntrico, tranquilo, limpio con malas vistas
Pros:

Está céntrico y muy limpio. Todos los días reponen amenities del baño y 2 botellas de agua

Cons:

Las vistas desde la habitación son muy feas ya que el hotel se encuentra situado dentro de los patios que forman varios edificios y es una zona deteriorada. Sin embargo al salir ya se está en plena avenida. Se puede aparcar en esa zona interior pero hay que llamar al hotel o apretar un botón para que se abra la barrera.

Clean room, but the bed was two single beds pushed together, and the breakfast options were limited.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The housekeeping standards were good, and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. the bathroom was clean, and the overall condition of the room met my expectations.

Cons:

The room was advertised as having a king-size bed, but in reality it consisted of two single beds pushed together. This created an uncomfortable gap in the middle, which affected the quality of sleep and made the bed less comfortable than expected. A proper king-size mattress would have provided a much better experience.

The breakfast was another area that could be improved. The selection was quite limited, with only a few options available. There was a lack of variety, especially for guests staying multiple days, and the breakfast did not meet the expectations set by the overall standard of the hotel.

Pros:

Отличное расположение - в самом центре, в тихом дворике. Очень дружелюбные, вежливые сотрудники, забронировали трансфер, помогали с любыми вопросами. Номер достаточно просторный и чистый. Приветственное угощение - сухофрукты, воду обновляли каждый день. В номере есть утюг и гладильная доска, качественные одноразовые тапочки.

Cons:

Завтраки не слишком разнообразные, соответствуют отелю 3*, маловато овощей и блюд из них, но в целом все свежее, вкусное, наесться можно.
Фен прибит к стене в шкафу) не в ванной) очень-очень неудобно им пользоваться, чтобы смотреть в зеркало в двери шкафа и сушить волосы, нужно прям иметь накачанные руки - тянуть шнур))).
Плохая звукоизоляция, слышно каждое слово из коридора, соседей тоже слышно.
Освещение - несколько разных источников света, но ни один нормально не освещает номер вечером.
Самый большой минус - это стеклянная дверь в санузел, хоть стекло и матовое, но лежа на кровати, одному видно все движения второго на унитазе))) - очень странное интерьерное решение даже для пары, а уж для друзей и коллег тем более.
