Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό και πλούσιο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο και μοντέρνο, καθαρό. Το προσωπικό πολύ καλό και εξυπηρετικό. Δυστυχώς εγώ είχα αρρωστήσει με τον αυχένα μου και είχα τρομερούς πονοκεφάλους. Παρόλα αυτά η διευθύντρια του ξενοδοχείου μου παραχώρησε το δωμάτιο μέχρι τις τέσσερις το απόγευμα χωρίς χρέωση για να είμαι πιο άνετα. Μάλιστα κάλεσαν και γιατρό στο ξενοδοχείο. Μακάρι να ήμουν καλά και θα απολαμβάναμε την παραμονή μας σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

Nova Hotel, un personne jeune et un emplacement pour vos soirées
Pros:

Nova hotel est super bien situé, tout est joignable à pied. Il est facile de sortir en soirée, au restaurant. Vous n'avez pas besoin de prendre de taxi si ce n'est pour vos excursions en dehors de Yerevan ou le vieux Yerevan. L'établissement est moderne.
Il faut noter un personnel jeune et bienveillant. Toujours disposé à rendre service lorsque celui-ci est demandé. Ma chambre disposait du comfort attendu pour ce type d'établissement.

Cons:

Je regrette qu'il n'y ait pas de baignoire, et l'insonorisation si vous avez le sommeil léger certains vacanciers ne font pas attention. L'insonorisation avec l'extérieur laisse à désirer également.

Clean, comfortable, good location

Cons:

The hotel has clearly been going downhill. They used to offer welcome dried fruits, but not anymore. The housekeeping staff have changed, and not for the better.

The staff also behave strangely. They checked our minibar before checkout and said everything was fine. Then they checked it again and tried to charge us for something we hadn’t consumed.

My advice: always take photos of the minibar right before checking out to avoid unexpected charges.

Pros:

A very well-located hotel, close to the city centre, yet sheltered from the noise of the city. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
I’d recommend it.

Very good stay, would stay again
Pros:

The room was on the smaller side but compensated with a nice double bed, clean and modern design, nice bathroom. Staff was very professional, good English and very helpful. Breakfast had everthing required, both continental and some armenian. Location is just behind the main road, so it is quiet and it is about 10min walk to Republic Square. I would recommend this hotel for all stay if you are happy with a small but 5% hotel.

Great hotel close to city centre
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Nova Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. We were greeted with welcome drinks, and the check-in process was smooth and pleasant.

Our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary staff. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay enjoyable.

Location is amazing. Hotel is located in the quiet area, so guests do not hear the road noise, but at the same time it’s close to the city centre, a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies around.

Pros:

Lage ruhig, recht zentral, aber für Taxi schlecht zugänglich, wenn nicht abgesprochen.
Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, insbesondere eine junge Frau, die sechs Sprachen spricht und mir einen Transport zum Flughafen organisierte.

Cons:

Zimmer ziemlich klein. Frühstück ok, aber etwas eng aufgestellt. Wäscheservice war entgegen Ankündigung nicht möglich.
