It was great.
Great location close to all sightseeing, very friendly and helpful staff, good mini bar available
Breakfast place should DEFINITELY be revised: it’s so tiny, awkward and annoying to get food. Options are poor and limited. Pastry was usually dry, the oat porridge cold.
Shower water pressure was very low.
Windows are open weirdly, only bottom.
Double king is just 2 mattresses combined and even with different height.
Clean
Very small rooms. Difficult to move around the room for travelers as the rooms are very small especially if you have luggages. Breakfast with limited choices as they are not refilling the empty containers. The staff are also slow giving hot water for tea. It is very expensive for the room we booked and service we received. We were booked in another hotel during our trip which is much cheaper than this but the size was double and very good service.

room so small, the wardrobe door couldn't open properly as blocked by the bed, no view i overlooked a carpark. Although clean, the bedside cabinet was scratched and the bathroom floor and shower tiles were chipped. Most importantly, the bed is so old and uncomfortable, i developed a neck and shoulder pain, which ruined my stay, AVOID

The hotel is situated off the main road, inside the yard of apartment buildings, so was a little confused how to find it
It’s good quite place in the city center. It has a walking distance to main square, theatre, opera.
The room was clean, it has enough space for everything. Inside the big wardrobe there are iron, hair dryer, mirror.
If you like to sleep with no lights it can be a problem as my husband had but for me it wasn’t a problem, especially after long and emotional full days in beautiful Yerevan.
