Highly recommended Hotel!
Pros:

The super sweet and friendly staff, very professional. Inessa was such a sweetheart, and her other lady colleagues too (2 blonde and 2 brunettes) - sorry didn't get their names. I even wanted to have lunch and the kitchen was closed cause they were changing menus, so Inessa surprised me with a lunch pack on the house! How sweet is that 😁

Все было отлично 👍 высокий уровень сервиса и внимания к гостям
Pros:

1) Местоположение отличное, все в пешей доступности - удобно как для экскурсий так и для самостоятельных прогулок
2) чистота и уборка на высоте , косметические принадлежности пополняются каждый день . Белье белоснежное
3) персонал очень доброжелательный - всегда подскажут и помогут - очень отзывчивые девочки на ресепшен
4) современный дизайн номеров , очень опрятный номер
5) горячие завтраки , делают кофе на выбор из кофе машины , хорошие соки и минеральная вода в стекле
6) когда ехали рано на экскурсию - купили на кануне поездки , уже не надеялись заказать завтрак с собой но нам сделали с собой ланч бокс с собой не смотря на поздний заказ
7) в номере каждый день пополняют бутылочки с водой , чай, кофе
8) при заезде был комплимент от отеля - именная карточка и набор сухофруктов ❤️

Cons:

Хотелось бы на завтрак больше выпечки ( круассаны, кексы и тд) ! К тому же Ведь Армения славится своими гата, и пахлава !

Good locatio and average hotel
Pros:

Staff were welcoming, very limited car parkings

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable.
Zero sound proofing, our room was next to the elevator and you could hear everything when people come and go. A bit difficult to reach.

У нас была всего одна ночь, но мы провели ее перед длинным полетом вполне спокойно и комфортно!
Pros:

Отличный персонал отеля! Встретили с улыбкой ,подробно рассказали о возможностях отеля! Хороший Wi-Fi!Хороший и достаточно разнообразный завтрак!

Хорошее расположение отеля в центре города, но в тихом месте.
Особенно хочется отметить персонал на рецепшен, к сожалению, не помню имени. Девушка помогла решить наши проблемы, помогла забронировать отель в следующий раз.
Завтрак неплохой, есть всё необходимое, голодными точно не останетесь. Рядом большое количество кафе и ресторанов.
Приедем сюда через 2 недели.

Good location, clean room and safe,good breakfast
Pros:

We had wonderful stay at nova hotel , location close to center, clean room and breakfast was delicious ,
people how work in hotel was so kind and they helped us a lot , reception (beautiful rose 🌹) she helped us and recommended good restaurants, I wanna say thanks , we will back again ❤️
