Fantastico hotel
Pros:

Stanza bellissima e pulita con ogni comfort.
Posizione centralissima, fantastica per girare Palma con sotto anche un ristorante/bar pronto a ogni esigenza.

Cons:

Macchinetta del caffè presente in stanza purtroppo non funzionava

Very large, central, two-bedroom suite
Pros:

I was in a suite with two bedrooms and a kitchen on the 3 rd floor. The place was spotless, ample, in the center of Palma.

Everything you need in the most central location. And, surprise, a bathtub. Two bathrooms

The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Like so many hotels there is a teeny reception office. If they aren’t around they will leave you guidance to get in

Great comfortable hotel for exploring Palma
Pros:

The location is perfect for exploring Palma
Although the rooms take a bit of finding, they are spacious and very comfortable. The complimentary bottle of fizz was a nice surprise
Good choices for breakfast

Cons:

Just a bit tricky navigating the lifts and strais with heavy bags, that's just the way the building is!
