Great location but don’t have your expectations too high.
Pros:

Location at this price point is unmatched. Thankfully has very good air conditioning.

Cons:

Unfortunately you are getting what you pay for, a small room, bathroom had black mould.
I’m not sure if it’s because we were in the guesthouse separate to the hotel but it was very basic and the room was disappointing compared to photos online.

Pros:

Location is brilliant- walking distance to everything. Really great location for all attractions. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed is extremely uncomfortable and our room was street facings and extremely loud and noises- very difficult to sleep at night. We have stayed in Rome before with a central hotel and we had no noise issues so wasn’t expecting it here.

Pros:

Amazing location and clean. The staff was very helpful and told me how to navigate the area. A short walk to the Trevi fountain but it’s on a quiet side street. I stayed in the main building. It’s also close to the Barberini train station which is 2 stops to the Termini where you can take the train or bus to/ from the airport.

Cons:

My room had 1 window that faced another building so there was not much natural light, but I was barely in my room.

Basic basic and an extremely small lift, like a coffin.
Pros:

Location great.

Cons:

Old.
Bathroom not so great. It was ok for 1 night but I would not book it again.
I was on the top floor of the second building - they don’t mention there is a second building and the lift was tiny. If you’re cloister phobic you would hate it.

Tanto la recepcionista de la mañana como.el.señor q nos atendió luego de las 14 hs muy amables , la habitación impecable todo, y la ubicación es inmejorable!!! Es la mejor de Roma pasar por la Fontana di trevi todo el tiempo de dia h de noche por que estas a 309 metros es impagable. Volveremos!

Great location. Cozy and comfortable stay.
Pros:

It felt quiet, cozy and clean. The location is great, literally next to the Trevi fountain (a super short walk from it) and close to all the interesting sport we had for our trip.

Cons:

The inside of the room didn’t feel as refined or curated as the image the “Boutique Hotel” and the premium price paid. The room were nice and clean but the refinement and details were not really there. It felt a bit “rushed through” during the renovation process and some things could have been done better to give it a more premium aesthetic and more refined look to the rooms.
