Please note that according to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990 minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, bem localizado, quarto claro…
O quarto que fiquei, o banheiro pingava água do teto, descia pela luminária. Acredito que o problema seja no banheiro do quarto de cima.
Gostei da localização, do café da manha e das acomodações ja que os quartos são reformados , porem, poderia ter frigobar em todos os quartos.
Não gostei da politica do hotel de pagamento total no check in , não podendo entrar no quarto sem o pagamento total 9e o funcionário não mostrou nenhuma boa vontade em ajudar), pois nosso grupo era composto de tres pessoas viajando a trabalho e duas chegaram as 11 hs e a outra , oriunda de outro destino, spo chegaria mais tarde (que só chegou as 18 hs) e faltaria o pagamento só dessa pessoa pra pagar qdo chegasse e ele não autorizou. Por sorte, a pessoa ainda não estava em trajeto e conseguimos nos comunicar e ela fazer o pix pra podermos pagar total. Se isto tinha previsão na hora d areserva (que não vi) deveria estar bastante claro , bem visivel , nas condições. Outra coisa que não gostei foi não ter frigobar, precisei reclamar pra poder mudar pra um quarto com frigobar.
Gostei de tudo !!! Hotel maravilhoso e bem localizado , colaboradores de extrema excelência , café impecável, limpeza, custo benefício....Podem se hospedar sem medo !!!
No 1o quarto fornecido o ar condicionado fazia tanto barulho que era impossível de ficar. O 2o quarto tinha tanto cheiro de mofo que até o atendente se incomodou. Somente no 3o quarto foi possível ficar. Mas ainda havia um leve cheiro de mofo, principalmente no banheiro.
Quarto era bom, tinha o básico para uma noite: tv, banheiro, café e cama. Era o que eu procurava porque estava voltando de viagem longa. Em comparação aos demais hotéis do mesmo nível no Rio, a estrutura desse hotel é boa. Café da manhã excelente, tinha ótimas opções.
Quando cheguei tinha um recepcionista e perguntei a ele sobre o check-in, mas ele não queria muita conversa e falou que o turno dele terminaria em 15 minutos e que eu deveria aguardar a outra recepcionista. Acho que 15 minutos seriam suficientes pra fazer o check-in, mas ele não quis dar continuidade. Eu estava cansado de uma viagem de 15h de avião e tive que esperar. Não que seja problema esperar, mas em qualquer negócio o cliente precisa ser prioridade, pois ele é quem sustenta o estabelecimento. A segunda recepcionista foi protocolar, fez o básico e não considero isso um problema porque é comum em alguns hotéis no rio as pessoas não demonstrarem muita satisfação em receber os hóspedes. Ela fez o meu check-in sem nenhum problema. Atendimento da segunda foi ok, nada a reclamar. Fica apenas a atenção para o atendimento do primeiro recepcionista.
Sobre o quarto, acho que poderia ter um frigobar e algumas garrafas de água. Além disso, a televisão poderia ser melhor. Para usar o netflix da TV foi difícil. Tinha que ativar um mouse nas configurações da tv para o ponteiro aparecer e eu conseguir clicar no aplicativo. Consegui, mas só depois de muitas tentativas. A qualidade da TV não era boa.

O cheiro do carpete é horrível, a porta do quarto difícil de abrir, toalhas e cobertores tem que retirar na recepção e a limpeza é feita somente de dois em dois dias, se pedir.
This was our first experience at a Days Inn hotel, and overall, we were disappointed for the price we paid, even though the room was nice and clean. Of the three whirlpool baths, only one was open, and it was just a hot tub since the whirlpool wasn't working. In general, we found the staff not very friendly or helpful. I was simply trying to refill my water bottle, which I couldn't do because breakfast wasn't included. However, I can say that one employee, Paulo, stood out from the rest. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and we think he should be the manager! For the price we paid without breakfast, this hotel wasn't worth it. Just a short walk away, there are hotels with a generous breakfast for the same price.
