Size of the room , the welcome at reception and the exceptional food (Sunday roast)
The restaurant bar not being seperate and being used by members of the public. Blokes wandering in in various states.of toplessness, profanities and loud bad roudy language not condusive to the atmosphere you are trying to create in the restaurant. Just put the edge on our experience a little.
Great location and clean
no air condition in heat wave even premier 3 star had aircon systems , no sleep at all due to this and very old fans given which did nothing. Receptionist first day wasn’t very pleasant or professional all the others after her were friendly

Rather shabby, leaky plumbing in bathroom, rooms were noisy
Breakfast was good. Evening meal was disappointing. The bath/ shower needs a non slip mat. I could not use either
For someone with poor balance there should have been a bath mat . The disabled access was not good. There was a balcony but it was just full of leaves .
It was in a very good position. Great breakfast.
We were there in a heatwave and the room was very hot. The room was small.
Fan needs an upgrade to at least a desk top type rather than a slimline upright as it didn't even move the air about. Staff also need to pull cups out of the cupboard by the handle rather than sticking their finger in it.
Fantastico il signore della reception. Sono arrivato in tarda notte con la moto carica . Me l ha fatta parcheggiare all interno dell hotel. Dormito tranquillo!!!!!!!
