Alternative parking is available on street in front of the Hotel, free between 18:00 and 09:00, also on Marine Road Car Park which is also directly in front of the Hotel and again free between 18:00 until 10:00.

Es wurde leider in 3 Nächten kein einziges Mal geputzt und auf Nachfrage haben wir auch kein neues Klopapier bekommen. Gratis Parkplätze gibt es nur von 6pm bis 9am.

Google Maps took us to rear of hotel with no parking available and no access to hotel
Cooking was very poor : mushy peas very sloppy, hamburger baked to death. I'm glad I don't need to eat here again!
Reception and Check-out very delayed and working on 2 floors. I walked out in disgust and returned later to pay.
The hotel is poorly used and grossly understaffed.
The food in the restaurant was lovely, the room was nice, clean and everything we needed. The location was beautiful and we had a lovely stay.
They asked 50 pounds for insurance at time of check in of any damaged. We stayed 1 night all things were good. But we couldn’t get our money back even we call and emailed them. What’s this unprofessional bheviour.

Right opposite the prom on the quiet East side
Hotels car park is diabolical, too many spaces crammed in . Moved my vehicle to across the road to the public car park , heard many customers complain about it.
Location, nice & quiet
Far too hot, windows didn’t open properly, fan was noisy but needed to be on just to try and get some sleep. TV wasn’t programmed in, got told someone would come and sort it, no one did. Also on day of check out lift was broken, not a problem for me but if you had mobility issues or struggled carrying heavy bags then the stairs wouldn’t be ideal.
