Great stay
Pros:

We were a bit hesitant to book this hotel given all the comments about difficulties when checking in but our stay was superb. Checking in is easy if you read the instructions and we had no issues with that at all.
Room was modern and clean, had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular.
Breakfast was okay as well, not too many options but always some options to choose from.

Cons:

Spa area could use some instructions given there are no staff available. There are no lockers to put your stuff in so we weren’t really sure if you’re meant to leave your stuff out unattended or take a robe from the spa area and change in your room. The spa area was fine when we were the only people using it but it was a bit strange when more people came in without bathing suits and robes and used the facilities naked.

Facilities looked great but couldn’t get warm
Pros:

Photos of nice modern room are accurate however no staff in the hotel (only during breakfast) meant we couldn’t raise issues or ask about local sights seeing or facilities such as using pool - there was a phone number you could ring for assistance but we didn’t feel comfortable ringing someone when we can’t speak German - it isn’t the same as being able to chat to someone at the front desk

Cons:

Showers were lukewarm warm even if only using hot water, could not turn on heaters in room and no kettle to boil hot water so difficult to have a cup of tea or warm up in shower or dry clothes (we visited in September).

Belle chambre avec vue sur la montagne et le torrent. Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Pas d'accueil personnel. Boite à clés impraticable (on fait la queue car aucune ne marche comme il faut) . Quand enfin la boite s'ouvre : pas de clé!!!! téléphone d'urgence . On vous dit d'ouvrir la chambre avec le code envoyé...alors, à quoi sert de perdre son temps avec la boite à clé? Franchement nul comme accueil.

Igényes szép szálloda. A check-in és a check-out teljesen automatikus, minden flottul ment. Viccess volt, hogy a teljes személyzet magyar volt, akik kedvesek voltak és vidám hangulatot teremtettek a reggeli közben...

Cons:

Sajnos nem lehetett a szállodában vacsorázni és a városban is viszonylag kevés vacsorázási lehetőség van.

Das Ausbau, die Grösse des Zimmers war toll.

Cons:

Das stattliche Hotel ist auf Auto-Checkin umgestellt, es gibt keine Ansprechpersonen vor Ort. Damit entsteht ein Gefühl von Geisterhotel, nicht sehr gastfreundlich!

Wir wollten um eine Nacht verlängern, im gleichen Zimmer, doch der Preis wäre dann 50% höher gewesen, nach telefonischer Rücksprache begründet mit höherer Nachfrage. Im Internet war die Kategorie aber nach wie vor zum bisherigen Preis ausgeschrieben. Wir sind abgereist!

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt.

Modernes Zimmer. Auch der Rest des Hotels ist sehr modern eingerichtet.
Frühstück ist sehr gut

Cons:

Kein Personal an der Rezeption. Das verzögert das einchecken, wenn man mit der Technik nicht klar kommt.

Очень хороший и чистый отель с прекрасными видами. Минус то что нет людей на ресепшен

Очень чистый и красивый номер , виды шикарные , завтрак простой но вкусный 😍

Cons:

Немного не понравилось , что в отеле нет ресепшена есть только персонал по уборке и еде, хотели продлить номер в итоге не получилось .. не понравилось что пришлось звонить и писать и нам отвечали через раз.. были бы люди на ресепшен было бы проще. А так всё хорошо
