Wunderschön auf allen Ebenen
Pros:

Schön renovierte Zimmer. Am Gebirgsbach gelegen. Frühstück sehr lecker. Aber das Wichtigste: super nette Hotelmitarbeiter. Man merkt dass es ein Familienbetrieb ist.

Preis - Leistung gut
Pros:

Die Chefin vom Speiselokal war super nett. Man kan auch abends dort bis 20 Uhr essen. Frühstück war auch gut. Der Pool ist super. Es ist dort absolut nichts los, ich war ganz alleine dort

Cons:

Dass ich ohne die Hilfe des Gastro Personals mein Zimmer nicht gefunden hätte weiö niemand an der Rezeption ist. Aber you get what you pay for...

Cons:

Sen check in. Struligt check in. Många gäster i kö pga ovanligt sen check in. Usla öppettider till poolen, endast 3 timmar per dygn!

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage, wie die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sensationell und sehr schön.

Cons:

Ich würde mir genauere Angaben bei der Speisekarten für das Abendessen wünschen diese waren nicht gut verständlich und führten zu Verwirrung.

Pros:

Las vistas desde la habitación eran espectaculares. La habitación era genial. Grande incluso durmiendo 3 personas.

Cons:

1) al llegar, no teníamos llave para una de las habitaciones. En las instrucciones que nos enviaron por email no se indicaba que la habitación tuviera cerradura electrónica.
2) ninguna de las personas que atienden el restaurante quiso/pudo ayudarnos a solucionar el problema. Se limitaron a decirnos que llamáramos al número de teléfono de keyone.
3) reservamos dos habitaciones y nos pusieron en dos plantas diferentes, con lo que eso conlleva. Un detalle muy feo.
Que no haya personal en recepción nos parece un verdadero atraso.

Optimiser le chek in pour le reste, bon emplacement sur la route de Hautes-Alpes
Pros:

Pas d’accueil et demarche de chek in peu explicite (ancienne, boîte à clef, toujours présente et source de confusion. Par chance, la personne dédiée au petit déjeuner est passé et nous a dépanné avec d’autres arrivants.

Fantastische moderne kamers met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen.
Pros:

De kamer was heel erg mooi, groot en zeer modern.

Cons:

We kwamen aan op hun rustdag, dus zowel met in- als uitchecken (sleutel in mandje op balie deponeren) niemand gesproken van het personeel.
Alles was gesloten. Voelt toch een beetje vreemd.

Propojení přírody a luxusu.
Pros:

Krásný, pohodlný a útulný hotel, který zvenčí zapadá do krajiny, přírody a celkové atmosféry okolí a zevnitř je moderní, skvěle vybavený a celkově poskytuje vše, co by si zákazník mohl přát. Výhledy z balkonu hotelu jsou neuvěřitelné a člověk by tam vydržel hodiny jen sedět a obdivovat krajinu.

Cons:

Hotel má novodobý systém check-in, který se da udělat online nebo při příjezdu, což může spoustě lidí vyhovovat. Mě trochu chyběl osobní kontakt s recepční, která by člověka přivítala, poradila apod. Ale to je jen osobní preference a člověk může s jakýmkoli problémem či dotazem zavolat na kontaktní číslo, kde je ochotný personál, co rad pomůže.

Der Check in war gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Das ist wahrscheinlich generell die Zukunft in der Hotelbrangche. ( verständlicher Weise um Personenalkosten zu senken).
