The hotel smells bad, the room and bed are small. No standard basic items.
Pros:

Location is close to Malioboro. There are a lot of variety food during breakfast time. The staffs are excellent. The laundry service vendor are excellent.

Cons:

There was a stain on the bedsheet. The elevator smells. The room and the bed are really small. No refrigerator. No place to put luggage on. The breakfast room smells bad. No handtowel. The dishes are dirty, found food on quite a lot of dishes. The hotel is not soundproof. Too much noisy, especially our room was close to the swimming pool. You can hear people walking, talking. Not a place where you can relax and sleep nicely.

Located in the heart of Malioboro street!
Pros:

Location! Easy to get around. Surrounded by malls, restaurants, batik shops and museums. Super friendly staffs. Very close to the main station which connects you to the airport train.
Various options of Indonesian breakfast. They have water dispenser on every floor.
A superb bakpia stall just meters away from the hotel, you can see how they make bakpia pathuk and order the freshly made ones.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't provide hand towels and hand soap by the bathroom washbasin which i found it really strange. So i had to go to the shower area to get some soap, back to the washbasin to rinse my hands and dry them with the big towels.
They need to provide handsanitizer on the breakfast tables. Really. People eat krupuk or fried bananas with their hands.

Value for money, adjust your expectation
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome, impressive selection and quality for that price point. Location is very good. The hotel building and features are very well designed, no frills but with useful value add for guests. The staff are friendly and sincere in solving our problems.

Cons:

I think the management is very weak. One of the worst I ever had. Such a shame for Amaris and Santika brand. My stay was for two nights and in those two nights, I got to change to three rooms. First room was dirty, potato chips on the bed and pubes on the toilet seat upon arrival. Second room, the air conditioning iced and water dripping down. Third room for our second night, the basin drain was clogged.

Pros:

Great location, friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Rooms not sound proofed very well. Not sure if other guests or staff but they are talking loudly early every morning and it echoes up the corridor.

Prima hotel
Pros:

Schone kamer, er is op de gang een waterdispenser met heet/koud water, het hotel ligt op 2 min lopen van de gezellige en drukke Malioborostreet

Cons:

De badkamer heeft wat schimmel op de wasbak, de douchecabine is niet afgesloten, tijdens het douchen is dat niet handig, voor de rest is het een prima hotel
