Aufenthalt war nicht möglich, da kein Zugang zum Hotel

Eine ausgesprochen schlechte Kommunikation. Die Rezeption schließt um 21:00. Daher hatte ich bereits 2 Wochen mitgeteilt, dass wir erst zwischen 21-22 Uhr ankommen werden. Ich erhielt keine Antwort. Am Tag unserer Reise habe ich ebenfalls nochmal eine Nachricht mit unserer Ankunftszeit geschrieben - keine Antwort. Am Ende standen wir mit 2 Kindern vor verschlossenen Türen. Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen (übrigens auch nicht bei Booking). Ich habe nochmal eine Nachricht verfasst und erhielt daraufhin eine Information zum Frühstück :-(. Gegen 23:00 glücklicherweise noch ein anderes Hotel in der Nähe gefunden. Am nächsten Morgen erhielt ich dann die Instruktionen für den Hotelzugang. Weitere Nachrichten mit Bitte um Erstattung blieben unbeantwortet.

Das wesentlich war vorhanden aber das gewisse Etwas hat gefehlt.
Cons:

Wir hatten weder beim Ein- noch Auschecken keine Gelegenheit jemand persönlich des Hotel zu treffen. Diese unpersönliche Atmosphäre hat uns nicht so gefallen.
